We went for the arcade games. The grandkids really like it here and can’t wait to go back.

If you’re at Mavericks and you’re not sitting in Mia’s section, you’re doing it wrong. Hands down, she is the BEST server around — and I don’t say that lightly. We’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by her twice now, and both times she absolutely blew us away.
I’ve worked in the service industry for most of my life, so trust me when I say I notice everything — and Mia nails it all. Attentive without hovering, personable without being fake, and just overall on top of her game. The level of service she provides is rare these days.
Honestly, I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re coming here, do yourself a favor and ONLY ask for Mia. She’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back just for the experience she creates. Absolute rockstar.

Went here for my 27th birthday today with my parents for some bowling and food. My parents are older and can be a very big handful at times. The woman at the front desk was VERY sweet and answered all my mom's draining questions with a smile, confidence, and respect. Most fold/break under the pressure of them(seriously!). I didnt get her name but she deserves a raise!(stawberry blonde or light brown hair..idk) The food and server were also great(a lot better than my usual bowling alley). The strings on the bowling pins are questionable... but, hey, atleast I dont have to ask for maintenance to fix the pins for me every time they get stuck. A good selection of beer and arcade games!(halo is my favorite!) Thank you for the ease of process and getting us in a little early. Will be back!

I loved the customer service at the front desk and the bowling area but the bartender named Jeanna M. ruined the whole experience. I have never had a bartender charge me and make me give my payment before I even get my drink. I told her, “that’s unusual, being charged prior to getting the drink” but she just turned away and ignored me. When asked why she charged us prior to even getting our drink, she said cause people walk off. She pretty much stereotyped us. Very rude. I usually tip 20-22% or more depending on the service but she rubbed me the wrong way so she got a penny.

Really loved this place. Super clean and cute set up. Only complaint is you have to buy a pizza in order to buy pitchers.

There is a sign on the door that says no outside beverage or food. I usually completely understand these policies however, I am 7 months pregnant and it was 110 degrees outside in Arizona. I threw away my starbucks drink before entering but kept my stanley cup filled with ice water to stay hydrated. Immediately after entering the manager ran up to us letting us know they needed to confiscate my stanley cup. My husband told him I’m heavily pregnant and it’s just water to stay hydrated as there is an extreme heat warning outside. The manager was not understanding and told us there were no exceptions. I also did not want to drink the water at the establishment because it came in pitchers and we had no idea if it was filtered or tap. We had planned on ordering food and other beverages but decided to leave after this encounter.

Fun adult place. Simular to Dave and busters just more upscale and cleaner. A few different bars and bowling. Always ruins specials. Fun place.
Came here with my partner a few days ago and we had a great time. Our server upon visiting was Nick, and he ensured that we received top notch customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back

My daughter’s birthday start to finish was a dream. So easy to book online. Then when we arrived they were welcoming and ready and the set up was so cute and customized. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend Mavrix for events. Staff is awesome. Thank you again for an amazing birthday!!

Games were great as usual. Food, however, was a different story. To start out, they sent another table our order of wings. When we finally got our food, they forgot our drinks. If all of that wasn't enough, they chicken they brought us way UNDERCOOKED. I hate leaving bad reviews. However, if you are going to eat here, don't let the bad service, mediocre food, and the tipping before the meal stop you.
