am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your venue during my son’s birthday party this last weekend. I had high expectations based on previous visits and the amount spent, but unfortunately, the event fell far short in several key areas. First and foremost, I was extremely frustrated that my $100 gift card purchased with my own money and accompanied by a valid receipt was not honored. I was told there has been a change in ownership and my card could not be honored, from a customer service and marketing standpoint, refusing to honor existing gift cards is both unfair and damaging to your reputation. Isn't it common that the new ownership takes over the old ownerships debt, that would be any gift cards that were previously purchased under the old name. It is not the customer's fault that there are new owners. This left me feeling cheated out of $100, I also had an arcade playing card that had points on it and I was told could not be used. This news was upsetting because I had told the kids that we would do the Octane go-carts. I was planning on using that $100 to go towards the go-karts. Now I was going to have to come up with another $100 that I wasn't expecting and I had to tell the boys sorry we can't do go-karts now. Also I told my son that he would get the bonus arcade point card and that was disappointing because he didn't get to get it. They were very disappointed, and this set a negative tone for the entire event for all of us. Additionally, the quality of the food served was unacceptable. I specifically ordered pepperoni pizza, but was initially given cheese pizza, which was burnt. When the correct pizza finally arrived, it too was burnt, excessively oily, topped with shriveled up tiny pepperoni. Even the children refused to eat it. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, the fries were undercooked, and the cinnamon sticks were so hard they were inedible. As a result, most of the food went uneaten and had to be thrown away, a complete waste. Furthermore, I was surprised and disappointed by the numerous extra fees added to my bill. There were additional charges for every aspect of the party, including a 21% gratuity applied even to activities like laser tag. It felt as though I was being “nickel-and-dimed” at every turn, and the constant upselling that started the second I walked in, detracted me from what should have been a fun and memorable celebration. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the significant amount of money spent. I miss the level of service and value provided before the change in ownership. Based on my experience with poor customer service, horrible food, and similar feedback I have heard from other customers who also were not able to use their gift cards I cannot recommend your venue to others. UPDATE!!! Yes, they contacted me via email right after my visit asking me how everything was and I did tell them all of this. They responded back and said they were sorry to hear this and they would have the manager reach out. I did get a call from the manager who left a message on my phone saying he was sorry that I had a bad experience. THAT WAS ALL! No one has given me anything to compensate for my $100 gift card that I paid for that I feel was a total waste and no compensation for my burnt food! An apology does not fix the problem!

I usually don’t write reviews but Lina in prizes was so attentive and friendly! She was super nice and definitely made my experience better. The food was great, and my kids had such a wonderful time. Definitely will be coming again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced by a server named Tonya. The business would not accept a vertical ID even after verifying I was of age and that it was indeed a real ID. Tonya was extremely rude when she explained this to us. Also, after screwing up a member of my party’s drink order she did not offer to have new drink made. I will never go here again.

Lots of entertainment for the whole family. Watched the ALCS on a giant screen, ordered a pitcher and a pizza combo, while the boys of our baseball team played games and bowled. Fun had by all.

If you’re at Mavericks and you’re not sitting in Mia’s section, you’re doing it wrong. Hands down, she is the BEST server around — and I don’t say that lightly. We’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by her twice now, and both times she absolutely blew us away.
I’ve worked in the service industry for most of my life, so trust me when I say I notice everything — and Mia nails it all. Attentive without hovering, personable without being fake, and just overall on top of her game. The level of service she provides is rare these days.
Honestly, I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re coming here, do yourself a favor and ONLY ask for Mia. She’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back just for the experience she creates. Absolute rockstar.

Went here for my 27th birthday today with my parents for some bowling and food. My parents are older and can be a very big handful at times. The woman at the front desk was VERY sweet and answered all my mom's draining questions with a smile, confidence, and respect. Most fold/break under the pressure of them(seriously!). I didnt get her name but she deserves a raise!(stawberry blonde or light brown hair..idk) The food and server were also great(a lot better than my usual bowling alley). The strings on the bowling pins are questionable... but, hey, atleast I dont have to ask for maintenance to fix the pins for me every time they get stuck. A good selection of beer and arcade games!(halo is my favorite!) Thank you for the ease of process and getting us in a little early. Will be back!
