My daughter’s birthday start to finish was a dream. So easy to book online. Then when we arrived they were welcoming and ready and the set up was so cute and customized. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend Mavrix for events. Staff is awesome. Thank you again for an amazing birthday!!

Games were great as usual. Food, however, was a different story. To start out, they sent another table our order of wings. When we finally got our food, they forgot our drinks. If all of that wasn't enough, they chicken they brought us way UNDERCOOKED. I hate leaving bad reviews. However, if you are going to eat here, don't let the bad service, mediocre food, and the tipping before the meal stop you.

This place is horrible, if you from out of town don't even waste your time we set a reservation checked in early on text and IN PERSON!! 30 mins early they told us they canceled a couple mins early after we just talked checked in early already it was very weird, didn't feel comfortable in this environment, We really thought we were going to get an better first experience

I don’t normally leave negative reviews. But wow. We went here for my friends birthday dinner and made a reservation. When we got there they said they didn’t have their system up and running, so they couldn’t see it, but they had a table anyway. There were only 3 other tables seated in the restaurant anyway so it was fine. My friend ordered chicken strips and fries. And it took over 1 hour for her to get her food, on her birthday. I ordered the steak bowl and it also took over an hour to get my food. Why did it take 1 hour and 20 min to get our food when there were only 3 other tables sat in the place? And when I got my food, the steak was not cooked all the way. And after eating I was nauseous and my stomach hurt. Save yourself and don’t eat dinner here. Just come for games and drinks. The games and atmosphere are fun but the food and service is not good. The manager did end up comping my friends birthday dinner thank goodness.

So I'm an employee at a different center and just wanted to stop by to use the benefits I have. When I got there I was hoping I could get my 2 free games but they charged me even though it wasn't expensive at all. But the one thing I was kind of disappointed in was the lanes were super dry and most throws would hook to the gutter. My server Ethan was awesome I remember he subbed in at my location and we all liked him. But just overall was just an okay experience for the drive.
Awesome location. When you arrive, plan to be ignored. When you bowl, plan to be ignored. When you order drinks, plan to be ignored.
There are zero people in line and the employees talk to each other while your paying for your ticking time clock on the lanes.

I feel like it was over priced. It was really nice but nothing stood out from any other bowling alley for them to charge $75 for a lane. I just personally feel like it was no different than any other bowling alley. It was a cute set up, but that’s not enough!

In the restaurant inside here we were waiting for so long to talk to the waiter and she was talking to another guy working with her . And the guy saw us raising hand like 3 times and looking at him and we all so called them by "excuse me."but the guy is the only one saw us , and his response was shocking. he ignored telling her "that they need help" . So to be honest,I don't blame the waiter because she didn't see us. As you can see in the photo, but the other guy he saw us like 3 times but he continued talking to her and never mentioned that there is people needing help. Other than that this place was fun for my kids and for us . Clean place, good equipment for games. Most of them works perfectly. Staff was nice and the waiter was nice too. But I got upset because of ignoring us by that guy.
