I guess I don’t know what I was expecting, but I ordered the new gold sauce chicken sandwich and it was literally the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Chicken was barely warm, bread was terrible and tasted old. I could have gotten a better chicken sandwich for less under a heat lamp at Walmart.

Beyond being extremely expensive (I literally paid less the day before at a restaurant that wasn’t fast food), I ordered a frozen beverage and it was given to me with the cup a little more than only halfway full. Furthermore, they took a while to get me my food and when they finally did, the food was cold. The cheese on my burger wasn’t melted at all, the nuggets were cold, even my bun was strangely cold.

Keep your expectations in check and you won’t be disappointed.
This is generally a really good location. If you’re short on time, I would definitely avoid it during the lunch time rush. It can and usually is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of this restaurant.
But my orders are always correct and the staff is pleasant.
Only gets four stars because $5 for a McChicken is a crime against humanity.
