Why do they push you to use the mobile app but so I do 15 minutes before I get there, but I am waiting at the window 5 minutes vs people that just pulled up & ordered barley stopping.Fix your drive through speaker. I could hear the whole order of the lane next to mine through my speaker

I ordered dine in on the app and the app and the table I sat at both said they would bring it to me. They called my name for me to come get it, and it was in a bag. I asked if I could get it on a tray for dine in since I ordered that. They said they were out of trays. I looked at the tray spot as I walked back to my table. They needed to wash some trays, they had them just didn’t clean them. Then all the tables were covered with food when I was looking for a place to sit down. And the speaker in the dining area was really crackly sounding while playing music. So all around bad experience. I love eating at McDonald’s and have not had such a bad experience before today. Do better McDonalds.

Sooooo I walk in with 2 girls don’t know Spanish nor know the menu and while looking at the menu a worker named Ashley stood there and gave us NO rush , NO pressure, helped us out ! And honestly best Costumer Service I have ever received at a McDonald’s!!!???
