Waiting in drive thru line after ordering behind one car for over 15 min. It made me late to my next event but I was stuck in line and there was no way to exit the line and forego my order. Then, my order was not even correct. Won’t be visiting again!
Nothing like being forced into using a stupid kiosk. I like human connection not typing crap into a stupid screen. I wanna be able to say “how are you today?” There’s your $15 an hour crap. Enjoy the unemployment line.... smh very disappointed.
The Sweet Tea is never sweet or tea. I feel like I'm drinking water with a hint of tea flavor.

The drive through and front staff are generally friendlier and better than most McDonald’s, and the customer service was excellent. However, inconsistencies in food quality can be a drawback; sometimes fries are not hot enough. Orders may not always be fulfilled as expected. Additionally, cleanliness can be an issue, with the drink area floor being wet and sticky and dirty tables often left unattended. Despite this, the food generally good here and can be fresh and satisfying when prepared correctly.
