Normal McDonald's not great but not good either the quality of food at these places has dropped drastically over the years but the prices keep going up

You guys suck! I pre-ordered a ranch snack wrap with no cheese which was on the ticket you guys put on the outside of my package and I opened it up to find a bunch of cheese and no ranch. I want my money back. I can’t come back because I was trying to get something to eat on the go. Pathetic excuse for fast food

Placed a breakfast order at 10:25am and arrived by 10:40am. Got told they couldn't give me my order because they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund.

Pretty standard McDonald's. My only complaint is that most of tables werent cleaned. I had to wipe down my own table so my family could eat.

I ordered 2 times chicken strips. 4 piece. One box was McDonald's strips. One box had 3 and one smal piece one quarter in size strips different taste. Floor was dirty. Trash can open. Broom and dustpan by the entrance door

The lady who was working the register at 9:30 am on 8/23/25 is amazing. She is so sweet with everyone, respectful, 10 out of 10 I hope someone hire up reads this and gives her a promotions these are the kind of workers we need.

Lady at the front with glasses and neon vest was incredibly condescending to me. Their kiosks were not working so I ordered at the front and the lady denied my rewards points so I asked for a manager and she sarcastically replied with “that makes no difference to me”. When I finished the order she YELLED at me to get the receipt, when I grabbed it from her, she said “woah a little attitude from that one, cant win them all”.
I don't believe I have ever left a review in my life but i’ve also never come across someone (who is working) like this in my life. I was not giving her any attitude. I kindly asked for a manager for my rewards. When I grabbed the receipt I did it incredibly gently. She has serious problems!

Our girl at the counter was amazing and friendly. She did amazing handling our big group with out losing her great smile.
Might be the worst run McDonalds I have ever seen. Whomever franchises this location clearly has no pride in what they do. It’s always dirty, dining room chairs are in complete disarray and they don’t bother delivering your food to your table - despite giving you a table placard.
Unfortunately this is in our neighborhood, so it’s the most convenient - but every time I step into this restaurant (once a year as a special treat to our kids), I’m reminded of why I only stop here once a year. What an embarrassment to DC Ranch.
