Lady at the front with glasses and neon vest was incredibly condescending to me. Their kiosks were not working so I ordered at the front and the lady denied my rewards points so I asked for a manager and she sarcastically replied with “that makes no difference to me”. When I finished the order she YELLED at me to get the receipt, when I grabbed it from her, she said “woah a little attitude from that one, cant win them all”.
I don't believe I have ever left a review in my life but i’ve also never come across someone (who is working) like this in my life. I was not giving her any attitude. I kindly asked for a manager for my rewards. When I grabbed the receipt I did it incredibly gently. She has serious problems!

Might be the worst run McDonalds I have ever seen. Whomever franchises this location clearly has no pride in what they do. It’s always dirty, dining room chairs are in complete disarray and they don’t bother delivering your food to your table - despite giving you a table placard.
Unfortunately this is in our neighborhood, so it’s the most convenient - but every time I step into this restaurant (once a year as a special treat to our kids), I’m reminded of why I only stop here once a year. What an embarrassment to DC Ranch.

I come here a lot because it’s fast before work but over the last year they have gotten my order wrong every single time and with three items just shows nobody is paying attention. if a car pulls up then a minute or two late another car pulls up in the other line you should take the first cars order not the one who just pulled up

Almost $12.00 for a Big Mac meal..... absolutely insane prices.....I could sit and be served at a restaurant for $2.00 more ....... never again until they lower the price.

Went thru drive thru, order fish sandwich meal ask for my meal to be made to order. Pay cashier told them again how I wanted my food, told the person giving me my drink, said no problem to park. Park less than a minute and person brings out sandwich ask how so fast they said they had them cooking when I order, no fries says they are still cooking. Said ok, started to eat sandwich which was lukewarm meaning it was not cook to order. Went inside to let them know that it was not cook to order, people were very rude basically called me a liar and argued with me instead of saying I’m sorry I will make it right. What has become of customer service, we has become of this generation that wants to argue instead of doing your job. It’s not a hard thing that I ask. I will not go back to this McDonald’s. I’m not going to pay you to be disrespectful to me.

I should have known something was wrong when the wrapper was inside out when I grabbed it out of the bag. I was already back at work since I ran out of time waiting 30 minutes for my walk in order. Definitely forgot to check order before leaving …

Ordered at the counter 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 small specialty coffees. Waited 10 minutes and finally got a medium size specialty coffee. Told them it’s suppose to be 2 small. They said keep the medium and we’ll make you a small right away. After 5 minutes and still no coffee I asked the cashier to just give me a black coffee as I didn’t want to wait any longer. Except for the cashier, the manager and others didn’t care.
