This afternoon between about 1215 and 1230, I went through the drive through to get my order. When I drove up to the pay window, the lady who was taking payments, wiped her nose twice with the palm of her hand! And she did not go wash her hands or use hand sanitizer afterwards which was nasty! I know money and bedit cards are dirty but I still don't want someone touching my payment card with snot all over thier hands! Especially at a restaurant! Not a good look McDonald's!

They're always so nice...but for some reason their coke is always flat or low on syrup. Every. Single. Time. It might a bit petty.

Went to Pick up an order that was placed under their app by my grandson. Paid for it. I went to pick up with their code. Got there and they said they didnt have order or that it was cancelled. Then they said that i had to have the phone it was placed from! I don’t think the employees are properly trained at all. Wish another one was closer! Bad service

McDonald’s breakfast hit the spot! The drive-thru was lightning fast, my order was hot and fresh, and the service was super polite and professional. Perfect start to the day—quick, tasty, and exactly what I needed. 🥓☕🍳 #BreakfastWin

I asked the drive-thru employee if I could split the payment—$8.20 cash, with the rest on my card—and he said yes. When I handed him the cash, I again clarified that I was only paying $8.20 in cash. However, he applied the full $13.20 (which my son had given me so he could get $5 back) as the cash payment, and then charged the remaining $7.61 to my card. That was not what I agreed to, and it led to unnecessary confusion—so much so that the employee ended up being rude toward me.

Beyond that, the food is just not worth the price anymore. Prices go up, but the quality hasn’t. The fries are consistently underwhelming—under or over cooked and stale—so we’ve stopped ordering them altogether. We went this time for breakfast and ordered hot cakes with sausage, a white milk, sausage egg McMuffin, hash brown, and a strawberry banana smoothie. The hot cakes were dry and bland as usual, and the sausage wasn’t any better than it’s been in years. The McMuffin tasted like it had been sitting out too long. Honestly, the smoothie was the best part of the meal—and at nearly $5, it should be. The hash browns are the only thing that are reliably good.

If it weren’t for the app rewards (which at least help offset costs) and the fact that my son still loves their chicken nuggets, we’d stop going altogether. This location just doesn’t live up to even basic expectations anymore.

Fries are always good but had to try the Stroopwaffle (*sp) McFlurry when they were rocking the international menu and it was awesome!!!

I asked if they were serving lunch since it was already past 10:30am and the lady that took my order through drive thru was very rude. She said “no we aren’t, what do you want” in a very rude and snappy manner. So i ordered breakfast and she asked “so you’re ordering breakfast?” And i was just very confused at that point. I try to understand as im also im the food service industry but it was just plain rude and unnecessary. Hopefully they work on their attitudes better towards customers.

Someone screwed up, unfortunately. Don’t go near closing. The staff was amazing but they were closed and I had a mobile order from the McDonald’s app - it was nowhere to be found or the staff was not trained to handle this. NOT THE STAFF’S FAULT. Apparently, it didn’t go through the system… needless to say, at 12:30-1p, this was a disaster. The staff did EVERYTHING they could (along with the morning manger) to get me my order on top of how many chaotic orders were coming in.

Whoever setup the GBP needs to update the closing time for the app and Google business profile. The staff did not deserve this chaos and had to deal with it - they did a great fricken job. Saved me from leaving 1 star.

I don't read the rules that much. I tried to use my 15% off but since I ordered BOGO for a $1. Discount was useless.
