Placed an order for an egg and cheese mcgriddle and was given a piece of cheese between two pieces of bread. Called spoke with a manager regarding and returned for the this to be corrected and it wasn't. Probably haven't been to McDonald's in almost 6-7 months and got extremely lousy service today.

wish I could give 0 stars to customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for my pickup order that was placed way before I went to pick it up. 4 employees stood there and looked at me, didn’t say anything just talked to their friend who had brought her baby in. When I finally got service I didn’t receive my order. I just left.

The Service was great the food came out fast didn't have to wait no more then 5 minutes the employees where really nice helped with anything we needed. The food was really fresh.Kid-friendliness: A playground for the young ones!

I ordered a big breakfast and didn’t receive anything but eggs. When I approached the employee, she replied with she had given me the order and refused to get it refunded. When manager was informed she said it was our fault. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this McDonald.

I just went in to order and had the worst experience. I went up to the register to order and was rudely told to go order in the kiosk even thought there were no other people in the restaurant. I ordered 3 sundaes, a McFlurry and a frappe they started yelling at me telling me that they did not have time to make a frappe. They started cussing amongst themselves and looking at us it was very uncomfortable

Drive thru “service”. Ordered food, no problem, get to pickup window and 5 minutes later I get my 2 drinks and am told to park out front for the remainder of my order, the actual food part. While waiting out front, 6 damn vehicles that ordered after I did, paid after I did, got their orders and I was still left waiting. 30 f’ing minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 order of 10 nuggets. I could’ve gotten a damn steak from a steakhouse in the amount of time it took to get this order. And the individuals inside, the so called customer service employees, not a damn care in the world. Definitely worth going elsewhere from now on
I been keeping my eyes on this location for a while. I like what I seen. Great customer service, amazing environment and the people show you nothing but respect and love. Friendly and nice. Food always fresh and taste good. They are defiantly fast at drive thru when it’s needed. They do focus on making sure everyone is happy. To me that’s means more then fast in an out. Now everyone don’t get me wrong they will speed up if they need to. I truthfully choose this location for sure when it comes to all the above being checked off.Vegetarian options: We have options for vegetarian, it’s small but definitely worth trying. I use to be vegan so I can understand this part

Absolutely worst McDonald's ever! The manager refused to give me her name, my refund, or my order! NEVER COME HERE! No one had name tags, the "manager" told an employee in spanish to not say her name when I asked, then said her fake name Brittany lmaoo Brittnay, you are as soggy as the fries you sell for a living.
