ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese on the mobile app when I was nearby. Pulled through the drive through and was sent to curb spot. Few minutes later the burger came out hot. I mean it was HOT. I’ve eaten at McDonalds most of my life. (I’m 55 years old) and this is the very first time I had to let the burger cool a little. So delicious!! Great job on service tonight guys.

When I got there the restaurant was not busy, there was one person ahead of me and all I ordered was fries and two cheeseburgers, but for some reason I was told to park at the front. Wouldve been fine if it took a couple minutes but I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes until I finally went inside, they werent even making my order (keep in mind I ordered on the app 15 min prior to even arriving) and I was told theres no cook? Im confused how youre operating with no cook but theres 6 teenagers standing around doing nothing. The two people in the kitchen were just laughing. Then on top of it all when I finally got my order 30 min later it was wrong and I couldnt eat any of it. I shouldnt expect much from McDonalds but damn. Also went again to try them out again today and the manager said “this lady thinks she has a mobile order” or something..which I did lmao
