I’m writing this to warn others about the serious negligence I experienced at this McDonald’s location. On July 22nd 2025 at 8:21am I was handed a cup of extremely hot coffee through the drive-thru window, and due to improper handling by the employee, the coffee spilled all over me burning my arm and hand. I had to seek medical treatment for these burns.
This incident could easily be seen on the store’s surveillance footage, and I strongly urge management to review it not just for accountability, but to use it as a training tool to show employees exactly what not to do when handling hot beverages.
What makes this worse is how poorly the situation was handled afterward. I attempted to contact the store and corporate multiple times, and no one has followed up with me. Not even an apology. No manager came to apologize. The least they could’ve done.
It’s unacceptable for a global company to allow this level of carelessness and then ignore a customer who was physically harmed as a result. People deserve to feel safe when ordering a simple coffee not to walk away with burns and medical bills over a $1 coffee.

This mcdonalds is not open 24 hrs as i arrived here at 5:00am. The employee informed me they open at 6:00am.

Very unprofessional I was suppose to work down there but unfortunately they didn’t put me on the schedule “Because I had smelled like weed” which I did not I also wasted my time going to orientation for the job about 45 mintues away from my house that isn’t cool at all or fair and then the manager kept asking me on the phone if that’s something I do and I told him no and he kept wanting to question me like he was my dad or something that ain’t cool at all I am grown and I don’t have a reason to lie that’s messed up not only that before I was told that I kept calling the store to see when I will be starting they kept hanging up on me in my face and kept lying and saying the manager will be in at a certain time so he can tell me when I start that ain’t coo at all

I went through the drive thru with my son. Their service was fast and the guy was pretty nice for fast food. The cokes were good. The fries were cold and tasted a little like salted cardboard.

Empty inside, not busy at all but the place is dirty!! Tables not wiped down. I had to clean my own table to eat at. Poor customer service!!!

I'm so pissed right now! I ordered a sausage biscuit and received just a damn biscuit! No sausage patty! I live across town so I didn't realize until I got home. I called McDonald's and no one answered!
