I went through the drive-thru at 7:45 p.m. at night. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger and a large french fry. I got home and sat down to eat and they had forgotten to put the french fries in the bag. I called and spoke to someone. They asked me to come back and said they could not refund me over the phone. Such poor customer service. Word of advice.... Be sure to check your order before you leave!

I placed an order through the app to pick up and arrived at 4:35 in the morning today. No one answered my calls at the speaker nor when I pulled to the window. This is the second time in a month that I’ve stopped for morning breakfast and they were not open at 4:30 as is listed on Google and on the side of their building. Manager – what happened?

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Had to wait 30+ minutes for 2 sausage McMuffin’s. The wait was long for everybody and there was a crowd of about 20 people waiting for orders inside. Whoever manages this location should be fired.

Not sure when the drive through is so busy how I can get fries that are not only cold but totally hard. Just ridiculous makes the whole meal just total shit. And they didn't give me a straw for my drink while I'm driving down the road.

The chicken nuggets were the best thing in the whole entire world while growing up. Thing is, sometimes they forget things. For example, a while ago, my mom only got one bun with her burger. She was not happy so we didn’t order from McDonald’s as much as we did before.
