I actually like this location and have been going to it basically since I can remember. However, on March 3rd I put in an order for breakfast and paid through the app. Only to arrive and be told that they stopped serving breakfast and I couldn't receive my order. The person through the intercom said I would be refunded. I never was. It's been over a month now. I sent messages through the app and have a case number that has gone nowhere. Can you just please do the right thing and refund my order? I didn't receive the order. My case number is 29394058. The original was 29062205. Thanks and have a good day.

The young man at the register was VERY disrespectful towards my wife..he is LUCKY we had the grandkids with us,, or I would have given him a STERN talking too!!All she asked, was if she could have her Mac sauce on the SIDE instead of on her Big Mac, and this young man acted like she was being unreasonable! She ended up ordering a Mcchicken instead because she didnt want to cause a problem,, and she told me to stop arguing with the boy , but it shouldn't have to be thus way... he was a high school kid, not the queen of England for gods sake. AND on top of this, our fries came out very cold and not crispy, AT ALL...and my grandson didnt receive a toy in his happy meal at first, and when we asked about it the young man was AGAIN, very RUDE. How can you be rude to a 6-year-old boy asking for a toy...I very much hope you care for your customers here, because it doesnt appear that way to us. ALSO....please clean your bathroom stalls... my wife nearly had a HEART ATTACK watching our young granddaughter almost SLIP and FALL over a puddle of God knows what in the ladies room.sad to see.

For the second time now, this McDonald's has screwed up my order. I specifically asked for a big Mac without the middle bun. When the order was read back to me, he said no bun. And I corrected him and clarified. I only want the middle bun out. I still want the other 2 buns. But once again, I get my order, and it's basically a big mac salad, no bread whatsoever.When I went back in. I asked to speak to a manager. Somebody was brought out and he listened, but didn't even apologize. Or offer a refund I voucher. Or anything?Just put the order back in and then I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get my sandwich. You think it would be easier since it's one less piece of bread? Make the sandwiches all the time, but mine takes twice as long.It was just ridiculous. I ended up going back to work late. There was no reason I went through the drive through in the end since I had to come inside and stand there waiting.The only reason I come to this location is because it's really close to my work. But now I feel like I can't trust the food I order here. They've messed up on other things like not giving me the right size drink or the wrong kind of drink and the order of fries would be a medium and not a large like I Warrior ordered so needs to be retrained or they need to be. Taught how to pay better attention to customer orders. I wonder how many other people leave with incorrect orders. But then don't have the time to come back.Customers use the drive through because we're in a rush.
