On Sunday mornings the coffee sucks! Anytime during the week the iced coffee is good, but on Sunday mornings every time there is the same woman on shift and she makes the iced coffee either very watered down or way too sweet with too much syrup, but never enough actual coffee in it and it tastes gross.

Used the drive thru. Could only hear laughing and yelling over the speaker. Had to repeat order x3. Employees laughing and running around facility in and outside. No employee at either window. Had to wait for food. Got to work and order was NOT CORRECT. Totally awful experience! Won't be going back!

they’ll always make you pull forward to wait for “fresh” food and it’s never fresh. waited over 20 minutes tonight for every single item to be cold, stale, and rock hard.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday and yes, it was very very busy. Everyone there was trying their hardest, but I could tell things were very challenging. I had ordered a shake on the mobile app, but they didn’t have shakes and Shawn had to come out and tell me. He was somehow able to keep a smile and even try to sell me on something else instead. I had to tell him my son didn’t want anything else, so then he had to go back in, refund the milkshake And bring the cash refund it back outside again all while doing a very good job handling his very busy team, and he did it all with a smile. Very impressive, Shawn!! * This didn’t post yesterday so I’m trying again today, that’s how important it is to give a shout out to this guy Shawn! .

I just don't understand the point of ordering ahead on the app if you're just going to make me wait more than 30 minutes when I get there.
I had a crying baby in the backseat and was desperate for some fast food. After waiting 30 minutes I drove back around the drive thru for a refund.
Hire more cooks or stop taking orders on the app if you can't handle it. Not that complicated.

I ask them for hot coffee with 8 cream. No sugar hhhhhhhh They give me hot black coffee with 10 sugar and No cream They need to understand English before working in here. Or maybe the owner don't pay enough for them that why they don't work right.

So I haven't eaten Micky D's for 10 years. I do love me a crispy hashbrown in the am. I never have time to kill. 2 weeks ago, I stopped here because I did have time. I ordered an egg McMuffin and a crispy hashbrown. You would not believe the grease that soaked the bag. There was no pride in the training or self-worth in the employees here. They were fine giving me a greased soaked bag WITHOUT napkins until I asked. If I needed an F you to start my day, I would have simply asked. McDonalds is known internationally for its training and customer service programs. A big shot needs to check on this location as it's so bad....

Waited in line to pay for more than 15 min the service is horrible. Bad experience just waiting to order went to the machine to order but only had cashed ended up waiting another 15 min before they can take my money, this place is pretty slow

This McDonald's is spoken of in great legends across the multiverse. Their aim is that of your favorite bow and arrow themed superhero. THEY NEVER MISS. If you needed to grab a quick bite before slaying your proverbial, or literal, dragon. Stop here and you'll be treated like royalty. Always great service, never wait long for anything. And the management is actively encouraging to their employees. I refuse to go to any other McDonald's. Not a single other one compares.
