This McDonald's is spoken of in great legends across the multiverse. Their aim is that of your favorite bow and arrow themed superhero. THEY NEVER MISS. If you needed to grab a quick bite before slaying your proverbial, or literal, dragon. Stop here and you'll be treated like royalty. Always great service, never wait long for anything. And the management is actively encouraging to their employees. I refuse to go to any other McDonald's. Not a single other one compares.

What is happening at this location? This is my favorite location. I’ve come here for years for Sunday breakfast. Lately, every visit in the drive thru is a challenge. I order a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit every time. Multiple times I get home and there’s no cheese on the biscuit. Today I emphasized this, made sure the order was correct on the screen, and verbally. They still handed me the order with no cheese on my biscuit. The orange juice costs over three dollars and is never stirred. Sour and disgusting. There were problems at both windows. At the payment window, the deal on my app wouldn’t work. While the car line is backed up, the poor guy was trying to figure out why the app is not working. Finally, he puts it in manually. Next, I go to the second window. As I mentioned before, there was no cheese on my biscuit when the girl handed it to me. She had difficulty communicating the problem to the other worker, despite the fact that I repeated it. I finally had to repeat the situation to a different worker and she was very responsive. I do realize that it is difficult these days to get staff, so I do try to be patient. But, this has been going on now for several months. Get it together, McDonald’s! I’m cheering for you at my favorite location. You did excellence before and you can do it again.

Staff is super nice especially (Maddy) and food is always hot and fresh.. but why do you guys make me park up after using drive thru to wait for basic items.... I some times have to wait over 15 minutes for my items as I see car after car get their food before mine....
