Worst experience of my life I go in I use the kiosk like they asked me to I can pick a number I go sit at the table and I wait and wait for 15 minutes come to find out they click my order off of their screen and forgot I was even in the store then when I finally get it it's cold they didn't even make my coffee right they forgot to add the sugar to it and then blame me for him being slackers

Don’t bother door dashing from this location. You won’t get the sauce you ordered. The burgers you do get are squished, misshapened and sad. The fries are soft and soggy, just sick honestly, I had maybe 5 fries and just throwing away both orders of fries. Horrible experience the first time door dashing but figured it might have been a fluke. But this time wasn’t any better, lesson learned.

I love McDonalds, but it’ll be a while before I return to this location. The service is horribly slow. Once I ordered just a Big Mac and another time, a McDouble combo, both times I’m told to pull forward and wait just under 10 minutes for my food. Both times, it’s clearly not busy. I have a toddler and need a quick meal and I thought that was McDonalds specialty? Especially when you order through the app!!

On Sunday mornings the coffee sucks! Anytime during the week the iced coffee is good, but on Sunday mornings every time there is the same woman on shift and she makes the iced coffee either very watered down or way too sweet with too much syrup, but never enough actual coffee in it and it tastes gross.

Used the drive thru. Could only hear laughing and yelling over the speaker. Had to repeat order x3. Employees laughing and running around facility in and outside. No employee at either window. Had to wait for food. Got to work and order was NOT CORRECT. Totally awful experience! Won't be going back!
