They also offer their own meals and snacks (burritos, burgers, protein pancakes/waffles) and I’ve been impressed by everything I’ve tried. You can change up your orders each week or simply leave it as-is.DELIVERY: You have the option to choose your delivery day (Monday or Thursday) and select a time window for arrival. This feature is outstanding and the delivery is always made in that two hour span, as promised. You also have the option of picking up your meals at one of their designated locations.CUSTOMER SERVICE: One word...exceptional! They are always quick to answer any of my questions via email. I’ve been able to place a hold on deliveries (if I’m going out of town, etc) without any fuss. Their flexibility and communication has been outstanding.MEMBERSHIP PLANS/PAYMENT: Do you know how much money I’ve thrown away by purchasing bundles of veggies and meal prep foods? I end up not doing the prep work and the food spoils in my fridge. Because let’s face it, I’m lazy. This takes all of the pressure off of my shoulders.
