Fairhaven location: “staff was very rude” We have been regular customers for years now and we never had bad service until this weekend. Staff was very rude! Sugar we don’t need the attitude when we tell you something is wrong. Just fix it.

Their French vanilla milkshake & caramel macchiato was super really good and their hot coffee was so delicious We enjoyed this place. Their customer service was super great they have a nice patio to enjoy your coffee. The friendly staff also were really nice I just have to come more often!!!

One of the best places to get an açai bowl. The coffee is phenomenal. I recommend trying the iced white mocha coffee. Staff incredibly amazing specially Miguel always with a smile.

So I walked many miles to come get an Açai bowl at this establishment, I was very excited to try a new place today but what do u know it was CLOSED. On the door, it said they will open at 4 so I waited a little longer until 4 and guess what they STILL DIDN’T OPEN. I called them and NO answer this is totally unacceptable. They have to fix something g or else they will go out of business.

You see… I would like to rate this lovely establishment anything more than a 1, but frankly, I can’t. I arrived at the cafe and noticed a sign on the door saying that they will be back at 4 o’clock. Almost an hour later, I come back at 4
O’clock and NO ONE is to be seen. How exactly am I supposed to leave a good review if I can’t even seem to get service!?!? Outrageous and unrealistic.

Quiet place in a hot day. The food offerings are sparse. The coffee is ok. A bit more training of the barista might help in creating better coffee. The setup is simple. Good for takeaway.

Hours say 8am to 8pm. Went there at 3:50pm and again at 4:17pm and they are closed with no sign saying why. If there is staff issues, that means pay is terrible.

Staffing issues? Lights on but doors locked at 7:15pm. Sign says Open til 8:00. Not everyone leaves town in June …

We recently moved from the west side of the Phoenix valley to the north east area. We go out for coffee nearly every Sunday morning and were looking for a new "regular" spot to visit. We found Mirasol on google maps, as it was the closest to our home. We love it so far. The service has been amazing and the baristas remembered our drinks from the weekend before. Well done!

Best gelato & coffee. Acai bowls are better than the chain store.
