Great pizza, but long wait for just two people ahead in line. Manager stared at us while we waited for one guy to make all the pizzas.

For the life of me, I don’t know why Brian is working behind the counter at a public restaurant… He is absolutely the most non-personable, negative person I’ve ever encountered at a MOD Pizza.

This was my first time having their pizza the toppings were plentiful and flavorful and the blueberry lemonade was AMAZING! I want it by the gallon!

My go to Mod Pizza. Staff are always friendly and make good pizza. They have an amazing ice tea that I always get.
Husband and I really enjoyed the cauliflower pizza. Delicious. There were two young gentleman that served us very kind. It’s nice to enter a restaurant and have great service.

The service was terrible and the pizza was so burnt on the bottom we couldn't eat it.
Terrible customer service. We arrived an hour before closing to dine-in and were met with attitude just for asking for plates (seems to be a pattern based on other reviews). Instead of giving us actual plates for our dine-in meal, they first handed us to-go boxes—for salad and pizza. When we finally got plates, one of the staff practically threw them on the counter and didn’t acknowledge my ‘thank you.’ The food was fantastic, but the service was shockingly rude. It’s a shame when great food is overshadowed by terrible hospitality
I recently visited this Mod pizza place, and while the pizza itself was good—not bad, but not amazing—the experience was pretty disappointing due to the service. The manager was absolutely awful. She couldn’t muster a smile and had a really bad attitude, which made the whole atmosphere feel off. We asked for plates, and she told us they don’t provide them an hour before closing, even though it was still a while before closing time. It felt like she was just counting the minutes until she could leave.
On top of that, the new employee who was helping us build our pizzas seemed to be getting barked at by the manager, which was uncomfortable to witness. It made the whole process feel rushed and unwelcoming. I really felt for the new employee, who was just trying to do her job.
I hope management—or the owner—sees this, because the energy in that place definitely affected the experience, and I know it can impact their revenue. With a little better customer service, this place could be a lot better.
Ps I tried to snap picture of Manager
Easy to pick up pizza here. No wait and great pizza
The staff is very rude and behaved differently with us. The person preparing the Pizza made faces when asked to put on the toppings. The person cutting the pizza was even more rude when asked for a side of Ranch.
