Usually love Mod Pizza, but the really tall guy at this one is the most rude food service worker I have ever had the displeasure to have encountered. Was chewing out an employee for putting too much on our pizza and then blatantly and pointedly ignored us for some time as we asked for our pizzas after they came out of the oven. Won't be going back to this one again! ?

Don’t go to this Mods on a Sunday. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The service was a “don’t care” attitude. They didn’t even want to be there. It was 2 older guys and they didn’t give a greeting or even start go ask us what we want we had to just guess when they were ready for us to tell them our order. So slow. And I ordered a salad a there was a hair in there.

Not sure what the deal is with these guys but they got my order wrong AGAIN. Second time in a row this has happened. It says right on the receipt what we wanted and half of the ingredients were missing. They lost this customer. Good luck and buyer beware.

Third time in a row we picked up our order and it was wrong. When I called to voice my frustration… Here was their response. “Well ummmm is there something you want us to do about it?” What a great service oriented response when upset.
Ordered mod pizza on Uber eats, they must be instructed to not put many toppings on delivery orders.bareley any toppings on my three toppings pizza and the crust is as thin as a cracker. Definitely order in person and load up the pizza. This pepperoni mushroom and black olive is worse than the cheapest frozen Kroger pizza.

The food itself is fine, but the customer service is the worst.When I handed over the banknotes and a fraction of the change to make sure they didn't give me change, I got a blatant look of dissatisfaction on my face. After that, the person who seemed to be my boss didn't change anything, and acted as if I had done something wrong.The "humane" customer service that can only be found in America reminded me of the great customer service in Japan, and I felt a little nostalgic for it.I probably won't be going to this restaurant again after this stay.Vegetarian options: There are many vegetable and fruit toppings, as well as vegan sausages and plant-based cheeses, so vegans can use it with confidence.

I’ve been going to this location since it opened, but haven’t been back in about a month. The place had gone downhill and the management is terrible. They were prioritizing online orders which most places do. Not my complaint. The manager publicly berated the employee making pizzas instead of helping. We waited 10 minutes and still didn’t get our order taken and left. Will never return. I recommend the fired pie over in Scottsdale Quarter.
