Nekter Juice Bar

I’m a regular at this location, and for a long time I thought the vibe here was a little off… no more. Tatum runs the juice counter and sees me coming… she has my protein shake order down and it’s always a great reward after a weight workout. Thank you Tatum!!

Wasn’t able to get a juice because they were closing in 45 minutes, so I ordered a smoothie. 3 employees were audibly discussing how they were making it wrong and just laughing about the whole experience.

Most locations will over blend cacao nibs so there is no crunch. If you order on the app, you can't put a note in to tell them to put cacao nibs in last and pulse a couple times to keep crunch. I was in a rush, so I had to order on the app and I didn't expect to have it done right. I expected the cacao nibs to be over blended as always. To my surprise , they did it right so there was a crunch!! This location is the only one that has made it correctly in the many times I ordered this from other locations on the app. If I wanted it this way, I normally have to not use the app in order and order in person, so thank you!

Wednesday morning is awful ordered online showed up 10 minutes later no one except employees talking to eachother and hadn't even started my order they had at least 3 or 4 tickets that were ignored for the conversation

Whenever I order a smoothie here, there is always something wrong with it and it’s never the same color as the previous time. Sometimes there are huge chucks of unblended fruit and ginger… the most recent time they “forgot” to put spinach and ginger in my smoothie so he added it on top… so I had green liquid on the top of my smoothie… very strange and inconsistent here. I think they need to retrain employees.

John was the only one working when we came in. He took his time with each order to make sure it was right. He even reminded me to use my rewards so I could earn points on our order. He was really friendly with all the customers who came in after us as well. Our smoothies were delicious!
