Nekter Juice Bar

Every time we’ve gone here, the young guy is never wearing gloves! It also never really feels clean compared to other Nekter locations. Disappointing because Nekter overall is wonderful.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to suggest a juice based on my needs. (I had just finished a fast and wanted to energize.) The acai bowl was a work of art! They really took time and created a beautiful presentation.

First time at this location—very disappointing compared to other East Valley spots.

Service was poor. She was rude, unhelpful, and distracted during our order. Simple requests felt like a hassle.

Also, $15 for a bowl that wasn’t even half full is unacceptable. This location is clearly falling short of your brand standards and needs immediate attention.

About 30 of us walked into Nektar after yoga around 9am this morning at the same time! Perri was all by herself and handled it with a smile and worked the fastest I have ever seen anyone work! She is a rockstar!

Gets my online order wrong every time. Every. Single. Time. Easiest job in the world. Read the ticket, put what you’re reading into the bowl! Can’t believe this is so difficult.

I was in the store for to get a couple of drinks. A gal named Emma helped me and wow so efficient. She was very nice and patient with me.

Took my money, never gave me an order. The staff seems nice. But they couldn’t even give me a refund, I waited for over 15 minutes and they gave everyone else their order that came in after me. After I complained and asked for my money back, they said they could “make it in 30 seconds”. I just wanted my money back at that point as they just kept going to the back room and disappearing. Why if it takes 30 seconds would you make me wait for 15+ minutes? Lol wasn’t even busy! All the staff was hanging out in the back room.

I even left a tip! I had to go to work, no snack that I paid for and they wouldn’t give me a refund for. Don’t go here if you want to get treated like crap. I’ll not be back which is a shame since I work nearby. $10 plus tip that I’ll probably never get back! 👎

Stopped by to try the new waffles and was not disappointed! They were made fresh to order and absolutely delicious.

Sadly the waffles aren’t vegan because they have whey protein (milk) but I was pleased they are egg-free because I have an egg intolerance. Would be nice if Nekter could make a vegan option in the future.

This location has a couple tables outside that are reserved for Nekter customers, which is nice.

My new favorite local spot! They have an awesome menu with great ingredients and healthy options. The staff is friendly and The juices and smoothies are so good and make the perfect treat.
