Gets my online order wrong every time. Every. Single. Time. Easiest job in the world. Read the ticket, put what you’re reading into the bowl! Can’t believe this is so difficult.

I was in the store for to get a couple of drinks. A gal named Emma helped me and wow so efficient. She was very nice and patient with me.

Took my money, never gave me an order. The staff seems nice. But they couldn’t even give me a refund, I waited for over 15 minutes and they gave everyone else their order that came in after me. After I complained and asked for my money back, they said they could “make it in 30 seconds”. I just wanted my money back at that point as they just kept going to the back room and disappearing. Why if it takes 30 seconds would you make me wait for 15+ minutes? Lol wasn’t even busy! All the staff was hanging out in the back room.

I even left a tip! I had to go to work, no snack that I paid for and they wouldn’t give me a refund for. Don’t go here if you want to get treated like crap. I’ll not be back which is a shame since I work nearby. $10 plus tip that I’ll probably never get back! 👎

Stopped by to try the new waffles and was not disappointed! They were made fresh to order and absolutely delicious.

Sadly the waffles aren’t vegan because they have whey protein (milk) but I was pleased they are egg-free because I have an egg intolerance. Would be nice if Nekter could make a vegan option in the future.

This location has a couple tables outside that are reserved for Nekter customers, which is nice.

I only have excellent experiences at this location. My order is always ready and the associates are friendly and capable.

My new favorite local spot! They have an awesome menu with great ingredients and healthy options. The staff is friendly and The juices and smoothies are so good and make the perfect treat.

Loving all their smoothies!!! After the gym, I wanted a nice protein smoothie and they have great ones!!
Also, their juices are delicious. Can’t wait to try the bowls as well.

The young man who completed my order was so polite and reasonable. I’m not sure of his name, I went in on Halloween around 9 am. He was so incredibly quick given the amount of orders he had to complete. His customer service was exceptional! The smoothie and juice he made me were super yummy!

i called to ask for a refund because i couldn’t pick up my order. was denied. so i payed $25 for absolutely nothing. terrible customer service. i know it’s my fault for picking the wrong location but there was no effort to help me. VERY disappointed

I placed the order when I left the gym parking lot and it was ready when I arrived. And they even had it in the fridge so it wouldn’t get warm.

The smoothies and bowls were delicious! My favorite was the Dragonfruit bowl. We were happy to find a healthy breakfast place in Scottsdale.
