I love nekter. The reason I give 8’s is I don’t feel that my order always includes everything that I pay extra gor. For instance, PB both inside and out—usually just outside; extra berries on top—have to ask for the blueberries sometimes. It seems i get the standard recipe minus the things i ask to be left out but not all the extras that I order . I’m sorry to say This happens more often than not.

Do yourself a favor and find another Nekter if you want a decent Acai bowl. The order was not ready at the time it showed on the app. 2 of the bowls were completely melted even after the delay. The order was missing an entire ginger shot. I would not recommend this location as the bowls were more like melted smoothies and not very presentable. I will always make sure to visit another location moving forward no matter the added distance.

Always consistent in service and taste. Kari is very helpful at explaining the menu and customizing smoothies to fit your needs. Emily handcrafts delicious, balanced juices and smoothies. I highly recommend their açaí bowls as well, with the superfood being my favorite, after a workout. Today, we did the Health Nut with blueberry and almond butter! Delicious.

Great service at this Nekter. Dakota was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and calm. We had some gift card issues and he figured it all out. Made great recommendations for my son who recently had his wisdom teeth out. A real asset! Tried the new coconut strawberry ice cream which was so yummy!

Staff was a little rude and very slow. They were under staffed too. Only 2 guys working with online orders coming in and people waiting inside. I don’t blame them for being annoyed. Would like to add that my bowl wasn’t as full as they usually are at other nekters

Normally I would have all good things to say about this Nektar because I come here often. In the past though I have had issues with online ordering and not being ready on time. I ordered today for asap pickup and got there about 4 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. They hadn’t even started my order yet and there was only two other people who had already ordered. I find this is starting to become normal. I waited almost 40 minutes from placing my order before I was able to pick up my bowls. Also would think it would be smart to add a note box on the online orders so you can put in allergens. I know you can’t prevent cross contamination all the time but still makes people with allergies feel like it’s safer than just hoping for the best. Staff was nice enough, but it shouldn’t take more than a half hour to make a smoothie bowl.
Great experience as a first time customer to Nekter. I was on vacation in Arizona. I wish there were locations in Bellingham, WA so I can go back!

Best protein shake ever. I get the new chocolate peanut butter and it’s the best. Never disappoint. Download the all and get a free 16oz shake by using my code VANES19241Updated. I visited today feb 16th 2023 at 630. This may be my last time coming here. They did a horrible job and my shake was thin and had no flavor. Fix it or I will drop my 5 stars to zero
