Came here to have my older machine looked at. The guy at the front checking us in was very rude and not welcoming. The overall experience checking in was not an enjoyable experience. The gentleman helping us out needs more training.
I just went in to exchange something and I missed the person that was checking people in (he was standing in the literal corner), so I walked in and literally no one talked to me, mind you half of them didnt have any customers, I finally went up to someone and they legit rolled their eyes at me. Once I finally was helped the service was amazing I think it was the manager helping me since I had a return. I will not be back in the store I will stick to ordering online.

I went twice recently with my fiance and both times have been nothing short of amazing. The staff are always so helpful and greet you when you walk in. What could be an overwhelming shopping experience is turned into a stress free, educational and exciting time with your sales person. They take the time to go through flavors and coffee types and really listen to you. We’ve learned so much more about our nespresso machine by coming here and are so excited to stop by again!

Love the redesign! Love that you can make your own tasters, love the staff, obviously love the brand!
This whole experience is bonkers. You just want to go in and buy some pods for your coffee machine, and it turns into 20 minutes of waiting around while Associates enter into long drawn out conversations with a customer that also just wants to get going.
It’s really crazy how poor the customer experience is in the store.

I've been ordering pods for delivery for a few years and was excited to finally have a store to visit.
Unfortunately, this Nespresso store is staffed by employees who do not want to help you. The condescending attitude really soured the experience. I didn't even care about the queue system, even though nobody bothered to explain it to me. But to feel like none of the employees cared about my questions or even what I was buying is a terrible sales tactic.
TLDR; save yourself the time and energy. I'd rather pay delivery fees than have to deal with these employees again. Government agencies are nicer than Nespresso employees.

I always order online and was closed by, so I decided to stop by to check out the store.
I have never had an issue where the pods weren't labeled and happened to me purchasing in store. Bianco doppio and Dolce weren't labeled but since I know the difference it wasn't bad.

This location is temporarily closed while they relocate in the mall. Incredibly frustrating as we drove in from Goodyear.

Honestly I was dreading coming into this store I had read several reviews of long wait time and rude staff. But I really wanted to experience the Nespresso store since this is the closest one to me all the way from El Paso, TX I was in and out in less than 5 min with my coffee pods, samples, and a fresh brewed cup of free coffee. Staff was wonderful, and helpful!

Larry was an incredible host as we visited the store for the first time today. He explained all the different pods so thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and lead us to the café for complimentary cups of their different coffees to try. Such a great first experience! We bought four sleeves of pods and two espresso cup sets and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Larry! We will be back soon.

I don’t even know where to start with how bad the customer service is at the Nespresso Boutique in Fashion Square. We placed an online order and paid extra for express shipping to get it faster, but they kept delaying it. Since we completely ran out of coffee, we stopped by the store hoping to pick it up sooner. The store associate told us there was nothing they could do and that we’d just have to wait for our order. Then, to make things worse, she asked if we were “trying to get it for free.” That was incredibly insulting—we paid extra for express shipping, so how does that even make sense?
I decided to give the store another chance, but it just got more frustrating. The next time I went, they didn’t have paper cups for coffee samples. So today, when I went back to buy coffee, I brought my own cup to get a sample, and the associate told me sampling wasn’t available that night. Then he gave me another excuse, saying they were having issues with sampling. It just felt like excuse after excuse. Like I am actually buying not stopping by to try free samples & leave.
This experience was beyond frustrating, and the rude attitude from the staff made it even worse.

I know there is politics that's changes the atmosphere, but you would think money from all customers is all green, But to look at a customer side eye and stop calling the names out loud and skip me to go walk around and pull people in front of me simply says every one money is not equal. I really hope this improves soon. Thank you.

Came here on a Sunday.. was quoted 20/25 min. Waiting while the older gal chatted with the older customer for abt 15 min after he was done with his order and the store had probably 20 people waiting! This is a terrible way to treat other customers that are all waiting! Customer service isn’t a strong suit here period!!!
