Wow, New Wave Market is doing it right. Every food item I've had is incredible. The sandwiches are just perfect, and the cookies are easily some of the absolute best in AZ. Service is fantastic. I'm a huge fan, and will definitely be back for my 3rd visit soon.

Stopped in today after hearing new wave had some of the best bagels in the valley. They're not bad! We got there 2 hours after they opened and they only had a couple bagels left, I got an everything bagel with dressed arugula, tomato, and avocado. I kinda wish I just got cream cheese so I could fully enjoy the bagel by itself, but the sandwich was good! Only complaint is that maybe there was too much seasoning on it, it was kinda overkill. The bagels are on the smaller side too. Good stuff, I'd try it again!

Came here once a while back, every time I try to come back they're closed. I would love that amazing breakfast bagel, but they're closed Sundays and don't open until 9:30 am AND they are closed all of November. I just want the bagel.

Great little local bakery and market. Absolutely delish bagels! I love the sea salt bagel sandwich. You have to get there early bc once each variety of bagel is sold out it is gone for the day. During covid they took all the necessary precautions and social distanced everyone! You can also get cookies and pastries and even a glass of wine! It is a little hidden in Old Town, but it is worth it if you find it.

server didn't get our orders correct! only put in half our order! funny that you have to pay upfront and tip them, so when they mess up, they dont have to care if they correct the issue! extremely unorganized and bad staff! dont waist your time stoping, there are other places that offer Stetson Salads!!

If you liked the Stetson Chop Salad from Cowboy Ciao’s sadly is closed now but the New Wave Market has the same salad and is the bomb!

Had an AMAZING brunch at New Wave Market! I got the egg and cheese sandwich on a homemade bagel (adding avocado, and they did NOT skimp!) and my sister got the Cubano sandwich. She has been trying to find a good Cubano around town for a while, and she was seriously impressed. Everything was sooooo delicious!! We went back after we ate to grab a few baked goods from the case, but apparently everything is delicious and popular because we barely had any choices left! I did get to try a fig macaron that was amazing and their cookies are supposed to be awesome too. This spot is being super cautious about COVID and taking cleanliness and their policies very seriously, which we appreciated. For example, they ask you to leave your dishes on the table and NOT clear them so they can ensure every table is fully sanitized before the next party sits down. Felt totally safe here. I will definitely be back soon!!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good bagel in the greater Phoenix area for years and have found one at New Wave Market. I can’t tell ya how excited I was to taste this amazing bagel. It was NY style, boiled, small, crunchy on the outside and not too doughy on the inside. I never had an everything bagel before but this one was incredible and I could actually taste all of the flavors. Nothing was too overpowering, just the right mixture.The smoked salmon was awesome as well — . not too smokey or salty. I loved my bagel so much I wished I had purchased two.The unsweetened iced tea was also very flavorful.What I really appreciated was how many Covid19 precautions they took. I was able to order and pay online. When it was ready, I received a text and my order was waiting for me by the door.They also have a lovely selection of baked goods and even some sweet flavored popcorn. I don’t normally eat baked good but I have to say their cookies looked very tempting.Parking is convenient and it’s in a great location.
