Enough said. This place is a joke. Clearly they have given up on this place which is really sad because at one point this was a five star joint with great service. The chef had no idea what he was doing. This ham and cheese omelette had slices of American cheese on top. We also got the California omelette which was supposed to have bacon in it but the bacon was on top. Finally we got a Denver omelette that had maybe two peppers in the entire omelette, and they were greasy as hell. The server didn't smile once. There were clear arguments going on between the chef and staff. It's not that hard to make a Denver or ham and cheese omelette. Spend your money elsewhere.

After hearing good things, we had a terrible breakfast experience here. My husband's Eggs Benedict was served with hard-cooked eggs - no runny yolk. Chorizo was burned. Home fries? More like frozen potato wedges that were deep fried - no seasoning. My bagel was ok but burned so most of it tasted burnt. And the only hot tea available was herbal/decaf, which was disappointing. And there was still someone else's lipstick on my mug - yuck. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating so she gets the star. We won't be back.

Best NY bagels in Scottsdale. I love the bagel lox platter. Wednesday 18 bagels for a dozenKid-friendliness: It’s very casual. They have booths. It’s ok to be loud and messy. Staff are all so friendly.

Moving to Arizona, I've been craving some decent bagels outside of the standard Panera/Einstein fare with a good veggie cream cheese, on top of a place with vegan cream cheese (which Phoenix seems to heavily lack). When I heard about this place, was super excited. I was very disappointed. So much potential here with the bagel choices, but these might have been the worst bagels I've ever had - ever. Got an everything bagel, which turned about to have basically 3 morsels of 'everything' on it. The jalapeño bagel, similarly, had like 2 morsels of jalapeño blended into it. The veggie cream cheese was...fine But the vegan cream cheese was awful. Tasted like coconut that was just blended together with absolutely no effort. And for $20, each bagel was barely spread with cream cheese - half of each bagel was just dry. I'm upping to two stars because they agreed to refund. Staff was nice and ambience wasn't bad. But after trying these bagels, safe to say I won't be coming back.

Very nice people working there but our experience a few days ago has really turned me off to eating there again. The fries were horrible, tasted like they were fried and days old animal fat, so bad. The omelette was terrible also, and the bacon was like shoe leather.

After not going to this location for a month noticed that everybody was new, and there was only one server that we knew. She was wonderful as usual and right on task. For the rest of the people that were there, which were another five or more. They did nothing, but stand around and talk, one girl played with her hair behind the counter for the entire time we were there. Very disappointing to be sitting there and witnessing this incompetence of work. Of course they were not busy because it was early on a Sunday. But that doesn't mean that you stand around and do nothing there's always something to do. I hope the owner sees this post, because I have a picture of exactly what they were doing nothing .

New York Bagels N Bialys - Pima has quickly become one of my 2 go-to spot for authentic, top-quality bagels in North Scottsdale. Conveniently situated at the corner of Pima and Pinnacle Peak, their location is as accessible as it is inviting. During my recent visit around 11:30 am, I was initially concerned to see that they were almost out of bagels. However, my worries were swiftly alleviated as they had just been restocked with a fresh batch. The bagels here are not made on-site but are brought in from their Shea location, ensuring consistency and quality with each batch. This little detail makes all the difference, as these bagels are undoubtedly some of the best in Arizona - perfectly sized, deliciously flavored, and truly authentic. What I particularly appreciate is their attention to detail. For instance, when you request your bagels to be packed for the freezer, they use wire twist ties - a small but thoughtful touch that makes storage more convenient. The value you get for the price is impressive. While $19 for a dozen might seem steep at first glance, they generously offer a baker's dozen of 13 bagels, and each bite reaffirms that they are well worth the cost. The selection is broad, covering a variety of bagels and bialys, living up to their name. Although I opted for a takeaway, they do offer a pleasant sit-down experience. The staff are friendly and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere. It was heartening to see the restaurant bustling with people, a testament to its popularity and quality. Parking is ample, and its proximity to Mastros in North Scottsdale is a bonus. For anyone in search of genuinely great bagels in Arizona, I wholeheartedly recommend New York Bagels N Bialys - Pima. Their blend of quality, service, and authenticity is a rare find.

The food was good but the waitress made the entire experience awful. She clearly didn't want to be there and gave us the check before we were done ordering and kept sighing if we asked for anything IE: ketchup, to go box.. definitely won't be back to this
