New York Bagels 'N Bialys - Shea

I would give zero stars if I could. I came in for a sandwich they charged me for $37 and 2 sides. At 3:01. At 3:41
I drove all the way back to get the food they didn’t put in my bag and was told we are closed and can not help me. Customer service galore at this place. Told me sorry nothing I can do we are closed. The manager was rude and told me to drive back tomorrow.
Stay away from this place over priced and rude customer service at best

And I was supposed to get french fries with it. But I guess they decided I didn’t need fries. By the time I got back to my office and realized I didn’t have the fries. It was too late to go back.

Food was good but too bad the staff ruined the entire experience and atmosphere. We have never been here before and from the beginning was met with attitude from the entire staff. We came in and ordered at the front and then went to sit at the dinning section, after we asked and was told we could. They made it seem like it was a very big issue that we were sitting in the dining area. We were served food with no silverware and extreme attitude when asking for it. We felt uncomfortable to be sitting here as the staff was extremely rude. Don’t come here if you want to be ostracized.

I sat outside on tahe patio with my dog, the staff was fast, very courteous, and very attentive to myself and my dog they brought her a dish of water and noted appreciation for her good behavior. I only had a bagel and coffee both were excellent. They gave me a to go cup of coffee when we left.

We having enjoyed catering meals for staff meetings from Bagels & Bialys for several years. The staff is very pleasant, the orders are correct and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

Stopped in here to try a bagel, and it was delicious! They have a large selection of bagels, sandwiches, and more. It was also my first time getting a bialy, which I took home. Personally I prefer bagels, but it was quite good.

I had the egg and bacon on a salt bagel with cream cheese. Yum!

My 1st time here. These people do not know what new york bagels are. First off they are so small. Went on a tuesday when I got 6 free. I would have been really p***** off paying almost twenty dollars for twelve without the six free. Did not like them & I am from new york. Very disappointed.

My friend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. I've been wanting to try this place for so long, every time we pass in on our way to Total Wine, but is always closed the times we are there. Finally, the moons all lined up! Atmosphere is a very deli like feel. You can dine in, takeout and shop. We were greeted and seated. The help is very inconsistent, waited a bit till Alexa to come over to us, had to ask for water refill, not checking on us while dining or acknowledging us when we were clearly finished, and waiting for a take home container and the bill. She seemed to have too many large group tables to wait on. The menu is extensive but lack the one item I really wanted, Chopped Liver. LOL what New York Style deli doesn't have Chopped Liver?

We ordered a Regular Pastrami Sandwich on Rye with a side of Home Fries, a Reuben with a side of Potato Pancake. The sandwiches were good, the Home Fries were excellent. The potato pancake was horrible, an oily deep fried dense potato disk. I'm glad I was finally able to try this place.
