Went in to get "fresh" bagels at 630am (right when they open) and picked up a dozen and brought them home...they were definitely not fresh, must have been day old. Not cool!

This is our Sunday morning ritual... And having been at all the other delis, the food and service at nyb&b is always delightful! Food is fresh and well prepared and the service is always provided by the kindest, most attentive staff. We recently had to have a small event catered at our home for a brunch and Edgar and Helen outdid themselves! Everything was perfect, the food arrived on time and Edgar supervised every step of the way. We're so grateful for all of their help and always enjoy our Sunday mornings with them!

Worst bagel I ever had, and certainly not New York style. Tasted horrible on every level. In fact Safeway and Frys sells better bagels than these guys. Yuck.

Went at 1:00 PM after I saw a segment on local Fox 10. At that time the bagels were not fresh and ready for the day old bin. After I contacted Mgt. they were arrogant and not trying to please at all. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever go back.now they say they offered me a refund. They never offered anything just arrogance. I have all the correspondence from her. She is lying to try and soften the review.
Sad day in this new year?!..We are a happy chirpy couple who go here often and this day we were confronted after we paid for our cookies and bagels as well as waited for our bagels to get toasted…we walk out n a young kid runs out and asked if we paid for the cookies that we had. We talked about it after in both felt offended for this. Yes he is doing his job? But what about us being regular customers? What do you think? I’m will ing to change this if we het an apology as we love going here but feel offended and odd now?

Kinda felt ignored for a food pick up. People were available behind the counter...but it where I go for a friend's food pick up. He loves it.Not a great place for me with a gluten allergy but it smells amazing inside.

Expensive and not worth the money. Sandwiches range from $13 -$19, and when I say there was barley any meat on my sandwich, I’m talking 1 slice per half. Guess I should have done “the large” with double meat in order to get normal meat amount, but my sandwich had 1 slice each side, and I am not exaggerating. I’m sorry, but for the price, there are much better sandwich shops that don’t skip on the meat for a $15 sandwich. Service was good, checked up on a lot, so that was the bright spot of it.
