Not only was the food absolutely delicious but the service here is phenomenal! Janet and Leon were managing the store today and there were some technical difficulties but they handled it like pros. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and it made our dining experience exceptional. Evan, Brendan and Graciela were all fantastic too! Can’t wait to come back again with my whole family. Thank you so much!

Cook in the back playing music to loud screaming along and not making my food tried again still awful and takes way to long for what you get. Also only having one employee during lunch is ridiculous If you can't keep up with orders stop taking them. Brandon who works the counter should be let go here is so i

It's crazy that the manager of a store can tell a customer to just leave if they don't want to wait. And the, we're busy excuse is not cool in the world environment. You are a business. Busy is in the name. Fire this manager immediately.

I absolutely love this. My favorite is the Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak. And I can’t forget the rice krispy treats. My mom used to make em as a kid and these just remind of a simple time.

This location is always clean, and the service is always friendly. Frequently order pickup orders and the orders are always ready quickly. Food is always fresh and on point. The app always offers a lot of great rewards like a free entree which is awesome! The Wisconsin Mac n cheese, and Penne Rosa with the crispy parm chicken are the best! Definitely my son and I's favorite place for a filling, delicious meal that's read quickly.

I've been to about 30 N&C around the country over the last decade and this one is the best. Staff greet you when you come in with a smile, restaurant is clean, food is well made and delicious. Also, the Coca Cola Freestyle machine is great for pairing eccentric soda flavors with noodles. Recommend Spicy Korean Noodles with Orange Fanta. Good job Phoenix N&C! Keep it up!

This place needs a very big dose of sophistication. This chain should be more on the like of Pei-Wei. Food, ATMOSPHERE (WAY too bright and white) and restaurant dining should have actual Dishes; Not served in black plastic bowls, and not very cheap bowls. This is a great concept, but executed all wrong.

I will send High Props to Brandon who took our order. He showed exceptional pride for working at this company. He plugged the rewards program with honesty.

First time I had ordered from Noodles and Co since I moved to AZ. Food was inedible , noodles dry and both orders tasted off. Food went straight to the trash :( .There is a reason the parking lot there is empty .

Im not even kidding when I say I just whent in here on my lunch break and watched the two workers scoop cheese onto my Mac n cheese and not heat it at all, they seriously gave me cold Mac n cheese. The sauce, the noddles the cheese wasn't even melted, thanks for ruining my night on my lunch break:)

Took over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge or take my order. No apology for delayed service from supposed manager that took my order. Took almost 15 minutes to get my food, although the gal that brought it to me was super friendly!
