Haven’t eaten here in months so we decided to pop in for dinner. First up - beef carpaccio was brought to our table and the manager (?) rushes over and says that they forgot to add the cheese to it and walks off. I looked at my husband confused - because they didn’t take the dish with them. Are we supposed to eat it or … ? After a few minutes he returns to our table with a small plate of shredded cheese and tell us “the cheese goes on top - you can sprinkle the cheese on the beef carpaccio”. Ok - So now I need finish putting together my own appetizer?? got it. Second up - white truffle garlic bread (my favorite!) - took a bite and it tore up the roof of my mouth. Literally! Because the bread was so over baked it was essentially a giant crunchy crouton. We waved the same manager (?) over and he asks if everything is ok. I handed him the bread and asked him to feel it. He does and responds with “omg it shouldn’t be like this” and takes the bread away and says they will bring another. Our main entree shows up and it is delicious. Our replacement truffle garlic bread arrives when we are about done with our pasta. 2nd batch was soggy and underbaked - probably because the first was over baked and they didn’t want to make that mistake again. I had finished my water part way into our appetizer - no one comes to refill it. My husband gave me his water which I also finished. Both glasses empty next to my plate by the time our replacement bread came. Still - No one comes to refill either glasses with water. I don’t know what was going on with this place this evening. Paid our bill and left speechless. This place was a hot mess this evening.

Nov 4 2925 Jack server was friendly and attentive. Kale salad and Italian salad and margherita pizza were all good. . Grilled bread was just ok. Dined on bar north patio. Flies were a big problem.
Nov 13 2024 Damion server efficient and attentive. Zucca chips like tiny potato chips, crispy eggplant Parmesan sauce tasted cream in it, Italian salad was huge and meatball pizza good. Dined on patio

Exceptional Dining Experience — Twice in 12 Hours!
I had the opportunity to visit North Italia twice in less than 12 hours — once for dinner with clients, and then again the next day for lunch with another group. What can I say? The hospitality, food, and service were absolutely top-notch both times!
The kitchen was impressively fast, the staff knew exactly who ordered what, and the teamwork among the servers was seamless. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection.
I truly wish I had taken more photos to capture the experience, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying the food! Loved every bit of both visits. Highly recommend North Italia — they’ve mastered the art of delivering consistency, quality, and genuine hospitality.

Our server Damion was absolutely awful. 10/10 would never recommend this restaurant due to the things I over heard while just trying to enjoy a meal with my wife. I now know way to much about this man and it made me extremely uncomfortable that he was serving my wife and I.

The five star review is for Derek the manager at Kierland. There was a minor issue which he immediately came over to see what he could do to help. Not only did he listen and acknowledge our concerns but then went above and beyond to make everything right. His experience, professionalism and kindness are what sets him apart and excel at his job. Was there for a birthday lunch. The patio was beautiful and the service was fantastic along with amazing food!!!
We ordered seared scallops and salmon. Both were delicious and good portions, but it took a long time for the dishes to come out. We didn't like the set up of seating at this location, not as nice as the other locations that we have been to.
