Super cute store! There were a lot of cute kitchen stuff, the cakes are always amazing at NBC stores. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus

I have complained about the online service charge (for computer upgrades) and have not received acceptable response from local or corporate. Increase the price of the product and get rid of the service charge I am a weekly customer. No service charge if you call in your order?? What is the labor cost to take a phone order? I have moved my allegiance to Crumpl Cookie no online service charge. Good Luck with your online service charge.

This location and the one on Indian school continue to be a travesty. They are not customer orientated and nothing more than an over priced boxed cake. I use to order from Nothing Bundt cake all the time for special occasions but will not be returning as a loyal customer, at least not at either of these locations.
I waited in the store for approximately 10 minutes before being helped. I asked if I could slip a money reel into the cake and at first the girl said yes no problem. Then I asked if we could cover it with frosting or if I could have a small amount of frosting to cover on my own. She said no, there is no way to accommodate that. The only thing I could do is still you a plain bundt cake and you could buy your own frosting. I was shocked because I have had several friends use them for gender reveal... clearly must have used a different location.
You know who could make special accommodations though? Trusty Ole costco, wholefoods and frys, I would give them your business! I know I will continue to work with them for all my special occassions moving forward.

Rated service ok because we had to wait while individual shoppers were taking their time shopping. Should consider special line for pickup orders during busy time

Terrible quality control. Ordered, week in advance, bundlet towers for coworkers. At pick up told they hadn't baked gluten free that day so unavailable. How to give everyone bundles but leave 2 gluten free people out? Then bought a 12 case of bundlets in another visit, when got home the flavors were not what I asked for. Not going back there. Many other stores can do better.

Our go-to for office birthdays. The bundtinis make sure everyone gets their favorite flavors and that certain someone (we all know who) isn't cutting that too thin slice of cake.

In town. Period. Now it can sometimes we a long wait in the shop if you did not order earlier or are taking time

We've gotten Bundt cakes from here for two of the last family birthday parties and they were a major hit. It's amazing that they offer gluten free and it takes just as great as the regular. We got the gluten free chocolate chip and thought it tasted great.

They don't have it on the menu currently but whenever they have the churro/dulce de leche seasonal flavor order it! It is especially delicious and it rotates in and out so you have to catch it at the right time.

The storefront can be a little hard to find when you're in the shopping center because the sign is blocked by some of the building structure.
