If you want a perfect smoothie on the go. This is the perfect place to stop by. Waffles are great. Very accommodated and the owner is very polite and kind to me. This is very my favorite spot in Scottsdale. Plenty options to choose from.

This is the cutest place ever and so many yummy options! Healthy and delicious! Vince was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The cake batter and strawberry banana smoothies are both great options(:

I’ve been coming to Nutrition Head 2 Toe for 9 years! Nutrition Head 2 Toe offers the best protein shakes.. for real though they have the best flavors and recipes! I love the energy teas to get my morning started after the amazing workouts here! Tawnya and Vince are the best coaches ever!

Salted caramel is the bomb! Vince and Tanya are quality people and really go out of their way to help you from weight loss to helping your business or even helping to make a friend from far aways dream come true. Quality all the way around!

Not only they offer fantastic protein options, but also give back to the community by hosting free workouts every morning. I love how they foster an atmosphere that makes you feel safe and connected with other amazing individuals. I can’t thank them enough for their dedication to providing these morning workouts! Great protein shakes in any flavor imaginable! I’ve been coming here for years. I love the kind and accepting community. Vince and Tawnya are super encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I love to workout with everyone and enjoy a fabulous shake and/or tea… good anytime! The couple that owns this joint are a reason alone to pay it a visit. They are super friendly and passionate about what they do. So refreshing to meet small-business owners who care. Their protein donuts were AMAZING, and I found my self craving them throughout the week.
I also LOVE that they are so so conscious about the ingredients that they put in their items. They treat their customers as they would want to be treated, and that's worth every star I could give a business.
