I visited here for the first time. Really nice people and excited employees.! The smoothie tasted okay, but definitely tasted artificial. I didn't see much fresh ingredients if any, just powders. If I'm spending $11 on a smoothie, I expect to have fresh ingredients. Disappointing.
The free morning workout classes are filled with a very supportive and fun group! There’s no competitive comparisons; just support and encouragement. After the workouts there’s no pressure to stay for shakes but most people do and it’s a lot of fun :) I really love this place and the owners are amazing to work with for my fitness journey. They are nutrition couches too who do 21 day challenges. I’m on my third challenge and it keeps my in line with my goals but at a pace...
