Off The Hook Restaurant

I visited this establishment on my vacation. we reserved V.I.P online. Upon arrival we were basically seated in a poorly built table that was listed as $250 for bottle service outside with no flowing air. The manager stated that the fan was not up and running and they were out of supplies to have the equipment run efficiently. They stated that they were out of ice as well to chill our drinks. Mind you the first batch of ice was tainted with flies. As this was the only area available we decided to continue our day there during the “so call day party” in 117 degree weather in the 5pm Arizona sun. This is when the nightmare of poor customer service began. I ordered a catfish fillet dinner for approximately $18.00. The waiter stated that fish was a full cat fish fillet. When the food arrived it presented with a quarter cut cat fish overly cooked. Let’s not forget this was fish was swag. was told the waiter to take it away and I was no longer interested in the meal. She stated that I would still need to pay and encouraged me to take the meal. The owner returned with the meal and insisted I take the meal and pay for it. This lead to a back and forth battle with the owner insisting I take the meal. FYI, I didn’t. In addition, my cousin ordered sliders appetizer which came burnt and dry as hell with no condiments. The waiter stated that the condiments were locked up and they locate the key.The customer service was poor and disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment anyone. Please keep your money and dignity. I’d rather do a day party in the parking-lot of McDonald’s or Walmart then return to this hot-mess of a establishment. #rip-off #fake -VIP

Honestly not worth your time. When the server finally graced us with her presence she had no idea what was on the menu or any of the answers to our questions. We ordered drinks while waiting for our food and had to send back drinks because they were made with the wrong liquor half of our food came out and we waited about 25 mins before asking another server if she could pick up our food getting cold in the window. After 1 round of drinks and no communication with our server, she brought us our check and forced us out when we were prepared to stay for the rest of the night.

This place has so much potential, but as it stands, the service from all staff was definitely on the low end. Had to ask waitress multiple time for orders already put in, as if she forgot we were even there or an inconvenience to what she had going on. Didn’t have the correct glasses for any of the drinks, and the glasses/utensils were dirty/filthy even with covid going on, you would think that would be unacceptable. It also seemed the waitress staff and the bartender staff had a huge miscommunication problem, because we had to order several different options due to them not having the ingredients for the drinks. Last but not least, the food options could be a lot better, and as for the taste, the best things were the fries and that isn’t saying much. Hopefully while we are still somewhat under quarantine, they can get their act together.

I came up to check this venue out with my cousin and a friend. we showed up and sat ourselves. the venue is huge but the space is not utilized well. The atmosphere is kinda dark and dingy. We ordered our first round of drinks basic vodka and redbull that took 20mins to get. Then decided to order the nachos to start. $9 chicken nachos we were extremely hungry and were excited to try the new spot. they were absolutely disgusting. It looked like someone threw a little chicken on some chips threw some shredded cheese on too and threw it in the microwave. Ordered one more drink to wash down the nasty chips. We were shocked and left to go get food somewhere else. The only positive I would say is my server was decent. Drinks took a while because the bar tenders were slow not her fault.

This place is one place I will never go to eat at in life. Me and my love one was very upset with service and food.We was food poisonied by the wings and salad we ordered to eat ,wings were not cooked right at all,I have been cooking 27 years these wings where scarry, tried to eat 1 and 5min later,was ill,waiter/Manager would not refund me my funds,will be reporting this to the BBB, poisoning food committee, etc. I tried to call them but number is not in service what professional restaurant practice this type of professional actions not. I could not work a week because off the food poisoning. People please be carefull about where you go to eat these days,next is scam restaurants and poisoned food cooked too the public. Try too call them numbers out of service,so dont do it,just move on.

Went on a Saturday night waited near a hour to get in when in they seat you at a table the server was nice but the bartenders are trash there the don julio and patron was watered down and I got them both with no ice and shady on size of the shots but wanna charge 12 for them I sent a couple shots back to the bar due the size of them total wine gives you a better shot on tasting days. Probably won't go back other bars are better in Scottsdale

If you're looking for a cool place to chill, smoke on some of the best hookah's in town, good food with a retro new school vibe; This is definitely a place to be.

i was told to not be standing and dancing too much because the owners wouldn’t like it. confused because isn’t this a bar? playing dancing music? ill stick to enjoying night life in Phoenix. So be aware if you plan on going pay for your food and drinks and sit there staring in a daze. ?

It was real cool. Being Black and from Mississippi it was great to see others in my race having a great time socializing.....And I can’t forget the beautiful black sisters.. Yes Lord!!!!!
