It would be nice to experience… The night we stayed at the hotel, there was apparently a wedding reception in the entire pool/cabana area. Would have been nice to have been informed since they have my email and phone number, or even a note under the door. Glad we spent $300 for the night after all the fees to get to watch others sit in the pool area I couldn’t use.

Hotel Valley Ho is exceptional in service and location. Can walk to Old Town Scottsdale for other dining and shopping but ZuZu Restaurant is spectacular. The staff and food, hotel and gym, spa was all great. My only "complaint" was getting enough sun at either pool. Difficult due to buildings blocking afternoon sun. Otherwise top notch!

This is such an awesome place! Room, pool and Zuzu’s were all great, especially the bartenders. Loved being able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale. I have already recommended Valley Ho to friends and business colleagues!

This is the second time The Valley Ho Hotel has upgraded our stay without charging us more. All of the staff here are polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms are amazing and their restaurant is 5 stars. They have 2 pools; one quiet and the other with a full bar. This is the only hotel my wife and I will stay at when we come to Scottsdale.

We love hotel valley ho. The service is amazing. The rooms are awesome. The bar and restaurant never disappoint. The lap pool is an added bonus which I thoroughly enjoy swimming in everyday of our stay. Kyle at the front desk is the best!

The property is immaculate, the location is perfect, the theme is so much fun and unique, the food is great, and the staff, literally every single one of them was amazing and friendly. I can't remember everyone's name, but Kyle at the front desk got us off to a great birthday weekend and never disappointed throughout and Markensen made top notch drinks. Thanks so much for making this gal's 40th a special one!

There are plenty of place in and around Scottsdale you can stay at for considerably less. My experience was Four Seasons prices to stay at a mid-century modern motel. Anytime you’re spending >$1, 000 a night you expect a certain level of accommodation that this hotel does not provide.

Hotel Valley Ho, a perfect place for a wedding. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL, the roof top was such a sight to see. The views from there were incredible. The staff and so accommodating and the food was delicious. It is a fantastic place to have a celebration.

I genuinely enjoyed my time at the Valley Ho and cannot wait to return. The rooms, pool areas, gym, Zuzu and just the grounds in general were beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The bath products provided in the room were the perfect touch for a memorable experience. The short distance to Old Town was a major plus and every employee I encounterd on a daily basis from every level were so courteous and always greeted me with a smile. My stay was such a great experience in part to my stay and Valley Ho and I cannot wait to return.

The property is beautiful and the food at ZuZu’s is excellent! The staff is professional and accommodating and the location to Old Town is an added bonus. This was our second stay this year and we will be back again next year!
Top Notch Hotel!!! From the valet, the Restaurant ZuZU to Room service it was all exceptional service. After meeting the Manager Laura I can see why the service was so great. She is so warm and welcoming nothing short of amazing! Will definitely be back

This hotel is amazing! I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff are great, the food is tasty, the hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are unique. I’ve traveled all over the world and this is one of my favorite hotels!

I understand that this is a Boutique hotel but never have I seen so much extra charges at a hotel. When you pull up there is a sign that parking is 22 dollars a night. That was bad enough but when I get the bill there is also a 3.08 tax a night for parking. Plus every item in the room is a charge so we did not use any of it. Then hours after I leave we get an extra charge which is not on my final bill so no clue if they charged me for using their shower or toilet paper. I have never seen so much added stuff. We only stayed because they were having a summer special but they do not mention all the added items when I made the reservation. We will never go back again. We paid less money when we went to Paris, France at out hotel.

My wife and two boys (21 and 18) spent two days in the Phoenix area and stayed at the Valley Ho. We like the location and the easy trip to downtown and to Tempe. The hotel is awesome. Everything about it is perfect. We loved it!!

Thank You for the Best 85th Birthday Party my mom has experienced, she has survived much and lives near and was like a million miles away on her own Island. She loved the Pool, DJ and Wi-Fi, was amazed at her and grandchildren using FaceTime. Adorable, Thanks Hotel Valley Ho
