I really love Olive & Ivy in Scottsdale’s Old Town—it’s a must-try! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the food is delicious. It’s always busy and full of energy.

Nice place, good location but the host came across as if we were bothering him for us to be there. He was very welcoming and really just set a bad introduction. The food is good and our waitress was present. Went from good to just ok. You can find good food all over Scottsdale but when I'm bringing others I was expecting a top notch restaurant and this felt similar to casual dining.

If I have visitors this is the first place I take them. The atmosphere is very nice, especially the patio and of course the food is yummy. My favorite is the chopped chicken salad! It’s usually busy so if you can make a reservation.

Everything was perfect here, but recommend to reserve a table before you come, because it was waiting time around hour when I came here. My partner and I went in for lunch about a week and a half ago. It was one of the worst overall experiences I’ve had. After we ordered, we only received one cutlery. My partner stood there trying to get her attention and was ignored. I asked the server who dropped off our food for another set and after 10 minutes of waiting to eat I went to the bar to ask and finally got a set. The food was terrible for the price, my steak was evidently cooked and reheated making it very dry. My partner’s food was cold by the time he could eat it and just overall not good.
There was also a large family with young children seated next to us who arrived shortly after we did. I noticed the staff being pretty unaccommodating and rude towards them from the start. I’m not entirely sure what happened but one of the servers snapped at this young mom to clean something on the floor. The whole family was rightly upset, a manager came in and just seemed annoyed to be there.
I have never wanted to get out of a restaurant so bad. Our bill was around $150 USD which hurts even more in Canadian dollars lol

This time of year is the perfect time to have dinner and drinks by the river. Everything is decked out so beautifully it's stunning. They are located right by the bridge so we walked around and did some shopping before grabbing food. Thank you Olive & Ive for setting us on the patio and giving me a card. That meant a lot to me. I was shocked how good the Pesto was and they not only make it, but they make the bread and everything else from scratch! WTH? It was shocking how good the food was! This is going to be my favorite place in this area for sure. Oh, and the underground parking is right next door, so it's super easy. But when you go, take a minute to walk up the river and take in the beauty and vibe. It's an amazing place. Thank you again Olive & Ive. You really made the night special. We will be back!!!

Came here while on staycation for dinner with my husband and one of our best friends and this place did not disappoint. The inside is just beautiful and our server was absolutely on point. I feel so bad for not remembering her name but she was awesome. We had a variety of bruschetta appetizers and all three of us cleaned our plates. The steak and scallops cooked perfectly and I seriously had some of the best chicken in my life! I'm waiting for the next few weeks to pass so I can make a reservation for our anniversary in April. Cannot wait to go back!

We had a wonderful experience at Olive and Ivy! Chris - our waiter, created a fun, engaging and lovely experience as we sat and spent time together as a family. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and every recommendation he made was spot on! He truly made the afternoon a delight! The food was delicious and fresh as well as allergen friendly. We had the crème brûlée - as a gluten free dessert and it was the most unique crème brûlée I’ve ever had!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, soy free, and almond allergy were all accommodated

Great food, but the experience was MADE by our phenomenal server Chris. We came in for my Dad’s birthday and he made every extra special. He was entertaining, enthusiastic, accommodating and attentive. Overall a wonderful spot to celebrate a special occasion or just grab lunch!
