Cullen was our waiter and provided an extremly warm and friendly experience. We felt more like family than in a restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was energetic and cozy. Without a doubt will return.
Great Service! Food I would have given 4/5 if we just did the Bruschetta - the Salmon Bruschetta was the best part of our meal. Sea Bass and Lamb meatballs were both ok. Lamb meatballs had too much dill. My biggest issue with this restaurant was that a staff member dropped the ice cube scoop, and while they did “rinse” it off they did not use soap and went right back to scooping ice. So if anybody gets sick after dining here in very early December…
Great food and service, with a nice bday dessert for me. The noise level at dinner was just too much for us though.
Wait staff was amazing and extremely helpful especially after we mentioned that it was a family reunion.
Yum and fresh food (they make their own pasta in the kitchen and you can tell the difference). Great service by our server (although one of the other we asked help from had this attitude and face that she wants our server). Other than that, excellent ambience, live DJ playing had a great weekend vibes pop music playlist going. We ordered pasta, flatbread, bunch of appetizers, salmon, burger, braised rib and they were all too notch.
So disappointing compared to past experiences. Nearly everything was a fail. Rude, immature hostess who claimed there was no table for us despite the text saying it was ready. Waited an hour for our entrees, which came out cold. Panini doused with aioli despite my request for no aioli (which I saw our server enter). The patio remains lovely but cannot recommend due to so many service failures.
The four of us dined outside on Olive and Ivy's patio which was very nice. Location is nice, right on the canal. Service was good, professional and attentive despite them being very busy. We had originally booked a table for four inside and they had no issues with changing it up, so kudos to the front of house staff for handling that seamlessly. We started out with the shrimp and calamari fritto misto and the black truffle arancini- both were fabulous and accompanied by terrific sauces and home-made focaccia. My hubby and I shared the chopped chicken salad and the sea scallops. The salad was good but nothing to remember but the sea scallops were fantastic. Perfectly cooked/seared with wild mushrooms, black truffle polenta and the bacon gastrique were all harmonious and divine. Our friend enjoyed the sea bass completely but her hubby said the chicken scallopini was a clunky and muddled dish.
We had company visiting from out of town and we enjoyed our meals and service was great. We were seated quickly, which is truly appreciated as we had made reservations. Thank you!
Late lunch with girlfriends of 43 years, food was great atmosphere was wonderful and our waitress/server was the best! Will return!🥰
My Daughter and Son-In-Law heard that I had made reservations for brunch to take place just following my arrival into the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and were ecstatic to hear that I made reservations at Olive & Ivy. I had never been to Olive & Ivy so this was my first exposure to the restaurant. Food was delicious. The service was excellent, attentive, and fun. And the ambiance was perfect. We were a party of five with two well-behaved toddlers in tow. The wait staff was kind to seat us together in a more private area, perfect for a family gathering. It was quiet (We were able to hear each others discussions), comfortable and attractive. I look forward to returning. Now I too, am a fan. Great job Olive & Ivy!

Food came out. Quick server was very nice. Prices were reasonable and we truly enjoyed it.
The experience for my entire group was spectacular! Food, service and atmosphere was over the top!!
Food is good. Location on the water is very nice. Service was friendly but slow. Overall a nice experience.
Our wait person gladly accommodated my 6 year old great-grandson who was celebrating his 6th birthday. She offered a cheese pizza. He loved it! I flew in from NM and was delighted with the food and service. Unfortunately, the noise level is on steroids. Extremely difficult to have any conversation.
Went there for brunch and the food was sub-par. The eggs were very watery and the bacon was raw. Two in the group had to send their food back to be cooked more. I'm a big fan of Fox restaurants but this one definitely disappointed with the food.
