I consider Olive Garden a classic and like coming here to satisfy my soup, salad, breadsticks and pasta cravings and they do have some pretty good deals. This particular location is a good location off N Scottsdale Road and was pretty crowded for a Monday night. We ended up sitting in the bar area and they warned us there was only 1 bartender, however it wasn't an issue since the bartender was friendly and attentive. Breadsticks and drinks came out quickly as well as our soups followed by our entrees. I got my go-to favorite, shrimp scampi and while delicious there didn't seem to be many shrimp as usual. And As usual I wasn't able to eat all of it so ended up taking it home, which will be great for lunch tomorrow. Love the microwaveable containers and bread bag that you can warm up in the oven. Like all other places, prices have gone up but since you can stretch one entree for 2 meals it ends up being a pretty good deal.

This restaurant never fails to please. Olive Garden is not considered a fancy diner, but let me tell you, they treat their customers right.My wife and I are soup lovers and could probably settle for all you can eat soup, but we went all out! I had three bowls of soup, a make your own pasta, and we shared dessert.The waiter threw in the dessert and prepared us a soup to go, including the meal we couldn't finish, we left there full and two shopping bags fill with the next day's meal.You bet we tipped our waiter big, just in case they made him pay for sending us home happy, we hope got to enjoy the tip and look for our return to the restaurant for the next great feast.

They brought A SIMPLE PASTA DISH AN HOUR AFTER I ORDERED, I asked if they could cancel it returned it at that point. In which the manager said they couldn’t cancel it and charged me for it anyway. I didn’t even touch the food. Worst management

The food was delicious, I had( crispy breaded) Chicken tortellini with Alfredo sauce, Very good. My boyfriend had lasagne and salad, it was okay. The food came out quickly and our server was on top of it!! Very prompt and professional, he was a younger guy, he did well, Junior was his name. I recommend giving this location a go.We come for lunch sometimes too, service and food are never disappointing.

The food was good, they seated us promptly and got the kids settled in in record time. The wait staff was professional and attentive, Crystal kept the boys laughing and even answered their silly questions when they would ask. This was our second trip here during our stay in the Phoenix area, glad we stopped in.Kid-friendliness: These guys can really make you feel at home with the kids. They understand how awkward it can be getting them settled in and Crystal was a hoot! Our boys are generally well behaved anyway but Crystal made it easy for us to get seated and settled down in record time.

Had the worst experience with management over my Togo lunch order was bounced through three different managers! No resolution at all Jon or Johnathan put me on hold just to explain the same info three times to still have no solution! Terrible customer service how can you not locate my order in the system then ask me for the info that you should have access to just bad experience overall!

I ordered the ravioli with chicken and it was super dry and too much cheese melted on top. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad. I should have ordered all you can eat soup instead. They do have great soup. Our server was friendly and we had a large party so they sat us in a nice large table in a semi private nook. They give you your choice of dessert for free when you have a birthday. That part gets the 3rd star . OG is a great place for soup and salad for a large party.

I stayed across the street from the Olive Garden rest. I ate twice, the sever Hayden P was super excellent. The salad and soup were delicious. I order the lasagna, big piece and delicious. Next time in town definitely I will come again!!!

We sat at table at the bar 4:35 pm on a Tuesday. I ordered soup and salad. Zappa Tuscano. Server/bartender brought me bowl of soup which was all broth. I asked for bowl with the potato and sausage he laughed at me. Then brought me another bowl this was all potatoes. I said can i have regular bowl of soup. He laughed again. I asked for manager. He laughed and said will be the same soup. I said I still want a manager. He laughed and left. Later female manager came to see us. Listened and then handed me a gift card. We walked away she didn't care. My husband walked back and gave her the card back. We wanted only what we were going to pay for not a gift card. And not 21 yr old bartender laughing. Went to Italian restaurant a block away Buca di Beppo and it was excellent. Telling everybody about my experience at this Olive Garden.
