Come here pretty much every day Staff is always polite and helpful They always give me great recommendations for different flavors of shakes. Makayla and another younger employee are always awesome to work with I come to this location because of the service. I’ll drive out of my way to come here vs the one on Frank Lloyd and the 101.
Love this location! the girl at the counter is always helpful
I went in today on 7/10/25 in the afternoon and the girl who helped me was extremely rude and make petty remarks just because I didn’t want banana in my smoothie.
Shitty shakes shitty service , worst service I’ve received ever from an establishment and on top of that gave me smart remarks as I was walking out, definitely do not recommend this place at all

Probably waited 5 minutes at the register and literally no one was in the store. Doors unlocked and lights on but completely empty. Was just going to make my shake myself and leave cash but the bar looked too disgusting. Staff is always rude here anyways, way to kill a good concept/location.

I've asked the young guy that may be new to fill the shake up to the top. I got another one today and there is a good inch missing. For a $10 dollar shake it should at least fill the cup. I don't know how else to get his attention so I'm here.

Very rude people at location. They don’t make shakes correctly, then say it’s the persons fault and cannot be remade…Super odd. I’ve never had someone say they can’t remake something they’ve made that tastes off…
