Slow night but folks are all writing for basic orders. 10 minute wait so far. This is a fast food establishment. Management needs to up there game or we customers will find a better place.

Was honestly really surprised I ended up liking this place as much as I did! I was hesitant because I feel like it's a fast food place but with hawaiian food. But it was very good and did not seem like fast food at all. The food was quality and you get alot for your dollar. The store and cashier were alittle iffy, store was dirty and the soda station was very dirty. And the cashier didn't have the best attitude but the food was good! Would I go again, probably so, but maybe not going during rush hour.

Use to be my "go to" Hawaiian BBQ. I am sad to say this will be my last. Flavor down,quality down, portions down, cost up. I don't mind paying for good food. butt this is was the 3rd and last straw for me.

I just received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I bring my family here often but today, the cashier Vicky had such a bad attitude when requesting for simple items like napkins she rolled her eyes and was very disrespectful even in front of the manager Jonathan.

Spoke with the manager, I hope some form of action is taken. She should not be in customer service.

I really like this place and their food, I just wish they would really represent what it means to have ALOHA.

Oh my gosh, I can honestly say that this is the best Hawaiian food. I have tried in quite some time! The grilled chicken was cooked to perfection and very tender, the macaroni was absolutely delicious and the Fish was crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside! Usually when I order Fish entries through a delivery website, by the time I receive my food, the fish coating is soggy, but not this one! I highly recommend this place, it is definitely my favorite Hawaiian restaurant so far! I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu ?

I came across this place and thought to give it a try. I got some kind of spicy chicken and rice. When I opened the package I was super unimpressed. The chicken was of horrible quality. Had cartilage and fat on every piece. I did finish the veggies and threw the rest away.

Food was very very good, although the lady at the front counter taking orders was very disrespectful! Name that appears on our recipet is viki. When we got our food and saw there was a mix up she was extremely rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend. She made it seem as if we wanted free good came to our table to make sure she wasn't lying.when she got what my girlfriend asked for she threw it down on the counter and said here you go. She never once smiled the entire time we were there. Definitely not the person to be handling the front counter if she can't even thank a customer.

I'm really confused. I see the Aloha plate which I can do Island Fire Chicken. I always get the 24, meal with no onions and all rice. This counter gal that barely speaks English tells me I can't do the Aloha plate with no onions, but I can do the 24 that way. Then, after I pay to get the order as I wanted, it came with the macaroni,and also onions. 17.05 is definitely not cheap, then to get it wrong after waiting 15 minutes for it to cook. Now I get to do it over again. This absolutely sucks all the way around.

So first the food was good, I ordered a family meal entrees 2 fire island chickens with white fish everything was suppose to be well done. I ordered an extra side of white fish as well. I didn’t check because everything looked like it was suppose to be there. The food was suppose to last 2 days. I finished the first order of fish hours later when I tried open my 2nd order of fish it was no where to be found. Basically I only received the family meal, and not the extra side of fish which cost $13.00, so now I’m $13.00 short with no fish that was suppose to be for my children as well. By the time I realized this, it was too late, 10 minutes before closing when I called it goes straight to voicemail talking about the store is closed. I hope this issue gets resolved I will definitely be reaching out first thing in the morning at 11am.

As I was sifting through my email, an ad for Ono Hawaiian BBQ caught my eye with a tantalizing BOGO coupon offer. With one location conveniently near my house, I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, the portions did not disappoint! The short ribs, priced at $16.99, came with three succulent pieces alongside perfectly steamed veggies, rice, and a creamy macaroni salad that added just the right touch of comfort. I opted for the chicken katsu, which was delightfully crispy and flavorful. Oh, how I wish I'd seen that coupon sooner; unfortunately, it was already nearing the last date of promotion when I discovered it. Nonetheless, this culinary adventure was well worth it!

You used to be able to get great bang for your buck here. $14 for two chicken thighs and some rice is just outrageous. I don't care how good the food is, you can't help but feel completely ripped off paying that for fast food and still being hungry afterwards.

Here from Kirkland Wa visiting my kids and our first grandson Sebastian - aka Bash. Needed a quick fix for some Island food and this place was it.

I got the Kalua Pork and Katzu Chicken combo and it seriously was on point. The photo explains everything. All was on point - super good!!!
