I asked for a mezcal negroni and the bartender refused to give me mezcal and instead used tequila. I think he felt that mezcal should not be mixed into a cocktail. I asked if he gave me mezcal and I pointed to the bottle of tequila that he pulled down and he said “yes thats mezcal.” I asked why it says tequila on there and he told me it was a mix of tequila and mezcal. I feel that I was lied to about this. My mom also asked if there were any mezcal cocktails he would make and he said “Mezcal is good on its own and should not be mixed”. We went to a very nice restaurant the next day and they literally had mezcal negroni on the menu which is what I wanted. If that guy is still bartending there I will never go back.

This is one of my favorite locations to watch the sun set with vibrant desert colors while enjoying a charcuterie and queso board with a specialty cocktail or a glass of wine. Seating on the terrace is recommended, although there are high tops along the bar, and comfy seating by the fireplace for those cool desert nights.

I visited Onyx Bar a few times over my vacation. It's a quiet bar with a gorgeous view of Pinnacle Peak. There is a tv for news and sports fans.The staff is very attentive and work hard to ensure that your needs are met. It takes a little while for food to come out of the kitchen but the drinks come arrive fast and taste great. The bartender is skilled. Covid restrictions prevent guests from sitting at the bar and tables were placed 6 feet apart. Masks were worn by every employee.

Went here for my cousins birthday and had an AMAZING time! The service was impeccable, Ashley took great care of us and was on top of everything we needed, highly recommend requesting her, I've never had better service.

Of course the Four Seasons hospitality was much appreciated. We came for the sunset view, and I was adventurous and went for the "Drink of the Week". It was delicious, so i had another, even if pricey. Came back the next night to see the sunset again and had the same drink!

patio offers great views...inside at the bar minimal ambiance..c/t's and beer over priced..but. Hey, its a resort. Service at the bar ..terrible...slow to greet.
Food blew my mind and I had the best prosecco ever. It was heaven. Would absolutley go back!

Went there for drinks. First went to Proof which was great. Stopped in here before leaving and had a shot which cost $15 vs $10 at Proof. Didn't care for the atmosphere. Received several stares at by some of the lady patrons as I was in shorts and a tank top. Guess I didn't fit their assumed dress code.

We went for appetizers and drinks on the patio to watch the sunset. When we arrived it was very crowded, but shared a table. The sky was hazy and we were skeptical, but while enjoying wonderful food and wine the sunset developed and it was a wonderful evening. We didn't need any dinner by the time we were finished.

There are the constants in the world. The Four Seasons Hotels are one of them. We visited the Onyx Bar for cocktails. I regret that I did not retain our server’s name. She was excellent. We had a slight issue. She took the initiative. But, it was her demeanor that I appreciate. My praise extends to the asst food & beverage manager Anthony Papà. His promptness and resolution with an attention to follow through is a standard for even the Four Seasons. Obviously the beverages and food was outstanding. I heartily recommend the Flatbreads. Great location. Great views.
