Truly great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful wait staff, and the food was phenomenal.

I have been to Orange Sky several times. This last time was the day before Valentine's Day. The atmosphere is always excellent and the service is very good. The food this time was ... ok. I had the double boned pork chop and my wife had the chicken. As we walked back to our room I mentioned I thought it was about a 7 and she agreed. It was decent, just not the normal quality I would expect.

Excellent dinner with great service. Our server - Mike - was exceptional. The Sea Bass was the best I have ever had. They changed the sauce and it was just the best. Sides, drinks, and all service was just perfect.

Great filet and oysters with wedge salad. good beet salad and generous salmon portion. only problem was as this was a birthday celebration the earlier in the day phone request to sit in the setting sun a=side was not honored which was strange given the time of day we requested and the empty tables for two that we saw upon leaving. There was definitely a communication issue here that can be corrected as we showed up at 5 for a 5 pm reservation knowing we wanted to watch the sun go down

Unfortunately I can’t review their food. It might have been great food with a great view but we had a terrible experience. First: not clear that this is a casino restaurant. Second: followed navigation to the casino, parked in the structure. Not a single sign indicated this but we walked the wrong way until we reached an “employees only” entrance. Had to walk back out and around the parking structure then 3/4 of the way around the building to find an entrance. Asked the hotel registration how to find the restaurant which wasnt bad, just followed inside signs once we got close. Went up, no availability at all for seating. There were two seats at the bar but they got swooped up as we walked up to them. I was done.. not worth standing around.. so we walked another 15 minutes back to the car. Verified zero signage indicating entrances etc. Obviously if you are staying there and have reservations it might be fine but I would never try again or recommend.

Dining was above our expectations. We enjoyed a private nook with floor to ceiling windows on the 15th floor overlooking the city lights. Our two servers were beyond charming and professional. Dinner cooked to perfection. Chilean Bass for myself and Filet Mignon for my daughter.

The jumbo shrimp cocktail were undersized, wet, and fishy tasting. For that reason we sent them back. The wedge salad was also tasteless, so the appetizers were very disappointing . However, my entrée of the bison strip steak was absolutely fantastic

We had a 5:15 reservation and arrived at 5:30 due to traffic and casino parking. Our table was already given away without any call or message, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. We were told to wait another 45 minutes or sit at the bar, which was uncomfortable. The manager was polite but offered no solution or compensation. Disappointing experience from a restaurant we used to love.

Our meal was excellent. I especially enjoyed the bison strip steak with the blue cheese and crust enhancement. We very much enjoyed the dark chocolate mousse dessert with the brittle pieces. Our server Mars was fantastic! The views were indeed scenic.

We spent our 45th Wedding Anniversary and were seated with a window view. We had the flat iron Steak and the Sea Bass with Whipped Potatoes and Creamed Spinach all of it was great. The Smoked Old Fashion is a personal favorite.
The service was horrible. The server's assistant had to track our server down for us a number times. One entree was not served. Waited forever for everything. The server couldn't open the wine bottle correctly. Then we were overcharged and had to wait for that to be fixed. I called the restaurant on Wednesday to give them a chance to explain but did not hear back from them.

Great views. Wonderfully creative appetizers and the aged steak was amazing. Mac 'n Cheese should be missed. We split the ribeye but still could not finish it. Not for anyone on a budget!! Special service, very attentive and a very relaxing atmosphere. Go for it.

Great experience, went for my daughter's 18th birthday. Efran was am awesome server, the hostess was sweet and the view was great. Food was excellent - we all ate too much! I had the majesty drink, it was so good too!
