UPDATED REPLY- The food was okay. The tall guy working was great but the manager is somewhat rude and I don't appreciate being yelled at. I couldn't find the lid and asked the tall guy and he went to go get it and the manager inserted herself raised her voice and said where it's at (its behind the wall and not near the drinks and other stuff you might need). It was not busy at all by the way so this reaction seemed so off and unusual. And screaming across the kitchen when you were not asked is very very odd thing to do.

I’ve been coming to ChopShop for years and it used to be one of my favorite spots in Scottsdale. Lately the quality just hasn’t matched the price. They removed some of the items my family and friends loved, like the forbidden rice, and the juices especially are not what they used to be. The green drinks taste a lot more watered down, which is disappointing since they’ve always been the main reason we came here. I still like the teriyaki chicken bowl and the club sandwich, but overall the value has gone down. I hope they can get things back to how they used to be because this place used to be an easy go to for us.
Edit: I want to clarify that my feedback isn’t rooted in resistance to change or the removal of certain items. I understand evolution in menus. The issue is value. As prices increase, the quality should stay the same or improve. In my experience, the opposite has happened, particularly with the juices, which no longer reflect the quality they once did.

Atmosphere seems like its nice, but the front desk lady doesn't seem to care too much for delivery drivers. Sat 10 minutes without even being acknowledged.
