I truly cannot recommend Outrider Rooftop Lounge enough! We didn’t realize reservations were required, but the bar manager went above and beyond. She noticed I was celebrating my bachelorette party (thanks to the bride attire!) and worked her magic to get us outside for a bit before the next reservation. She even comped my drink and brought our table an extra drink after a bar mix-up — instead of dumping it, she kindly offered it to us.
She was incredibly thoughtful, took the time to get great pictures of our group (not just one quick snap), and even captured a candid shot of me because she’s also a wedding photographer and saw a vision — such a sweet and personal touch!
The views were stunning, the drinks were amazing, but the service was what truly made the experience unforgettable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Outrider made my night!

Overall a pretty solid experience for a magical night. I do recommend this venue, the food and drink menu was reasonably priced and delicious and the music was up-tempo tropical house.

-2 for service, 1 because my reservation was completely blown & had it not been 116° today someone else would've been there & we needed to grab a 2nd server because ours disappeared after I took too long to propose & get done with photos.
-1 for food due to a high cost/ calorie/ quality ratio
-1 for atmosphere for awkwardly dark / overly dim sections of the deck. Dim is nice, but bulbs being there, but non-functional isn't Hilton quality.

This rooftop lounge is the perfect blend of style and chill. The views of Camelback Mountain at sunset are absolutely stunning, and the fire pits make evening gatherings feel cozy. Their craft cocktails are creative and pair well with shareable bites like poke or meatballs. The staff is friendly and laid-back, it never feels pretentious even when it’s buzzing. A spot I’ll definitely return to!

Bartender Amariza provided my friend and I with the most wonderful experience possible. She made delicious drinks within a few minutes and was on top of all food and beverage orders. The canopy hotel is very lucky to have her serving their guest.

Menu is decent, drinks are a bit overpriced. Understaffed, but the girls were doing their best. Got erroneously charged in my room, not successful in getting my money back. They likely refunded in the wrong credit card I assume, since my card should not have been on file at 7pm of the date of my check out. Anyway. Beware of that.—
Update to this review: as you can see below, management contacted me. Very quick, they made everything right. I was impressed with their diligence. Definitely takes everything up a notch and makes me want to recommend their place - even with this little hiccup!
