SO GOOD! Food truck outside of BEG Bakery in Scottsdale. You order inside the bakery. This food is amazinggggg. I got the spaghetti and meatballs. Best vegan Italian food I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back and try more stuff.

So I talked with the owner and let him know I come from the east coast so I was excited to try everything on his menu basically. He wanted my honest option on everything. I went with the meatless meatball sub and my wife got the house special pizza. So basically the Meatless sub is the best sub I’ve ever had. It’s that good. My wife really like the flavorsIn the pizza as well. Everything was amazing!

P.A.R.M. is easily the best vegan Italian food around! Everything is just so good—the eggplant parmesan, the meatballs, the garlic rolls, the pasta salad; everything’s absolutely delicious!! Not only is the eggplant parmesan the best I’ve ever had, but I was surprised with how authentic the meatballs tasted—they reminded me of the authentic Italian meatballs my grandma would make, except these ones are vegan! You can tell that the owner is very passionate—and a perfectionist, which means you know the food is going to be excellent—and eating there is a great experience all around. There was clearly a lot of thought and R&D put into the menu, and there’s still more to come, too! Definitely check this place out—you won’t regret it!

All around, P.A.R.M is AMAZING. The food is so perfectly made and absolutely delicious! The eggplant Parmesan is the best I’ve ever had, and the garlic roll and pasta salad make perfect sides for it. The meatball sandwich is also fantastic! You get a great amount of food, and also the bonus of it being right next to B.E.G. so you can grab a great drink and tasty treats while you’re there. Talking with the owner, you can see the passion that goes into making this fantastic food. Super excited to see future dishes that get added!My partner and I have been saying for years that the one major thing missing from the vegan food scene around here is Italian food. We’re so happy this place is around and that it’s so incredible! It’s quickly become one of our very favorite food spots, maybe even the top now!

Wow! Just tried P.A.R.M Italia the other night with my book club group, and it exceeded my expectations! The vegan chicken parm sandwich was delicious, along with the pasta salad. The chicken flavor was very realistic, and you can tell the chef has put a lot of time and effort into his recipe. I hear they are adding more items to the menu, so I'll definitely be back! I also got a brownie and some cupcakes from BEG bakery for dessert. I always have a good experience there!

Wow! Just wow! Check their hours and go there right now. They’ve just opened in the parking lot at BEG bakery. I got Eggplant Parmesan, which came with a pasta salad, a brownie, and a drink for $20! You can’t beat that. The food was outstanding. The service was even better. The owners told us they need business to make it because the summer is very slow. So please, give them your 20 bucks.
We tried their food at the Vegan Social Food Truck event in downtown Phoenix. I am not vegan, but we had heard from other people that their food was amazing, and they did not disappoint!! Their plant based chicken parmigiana was simply delicious!! I look forward to trying the eggplant parmigiana next!!

Enjoyed having a wonderful meal at a fundraiser and was delighted with our dinner. It was so delicious you’d never know it was vegan. It was just that fantastic. Highly recommend!

This vegan food truck is run by the owners of BEG Bakery and they sell food on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The food truck is parked in the BEG parking lot and they usually have a couple of other food trucks there on the weekends. You can order the food inside the bakery and eat there if you don't want to take it to go. The chik'n parm sandwich is fantastic. It comes on a garlic bread twisted roll or a hoagie. You get a choice of the chik'n parm or eggplant parm and you also get pasta salad and a brownie all for only $20. They also gave us a free drink and a sample of their delicious oat milk ice cream. They will be adding more savory options soon as well as a gluten free option. Make sure you pick up some delicious Cupcakes, Brownies, Cinnamon Rolls, Muffins, Ice Cream and thick Shakes after dinner or to take home. I travel all the way from from Peoria to eat at P.A.R.M Italia and BEG Bakery. The owners and employees are the sweetest people!
