Outstanding Italian food!! The owners put so much care into the preparation of the ingredients (14hrs for their marinara sauce!). And the cheese on the pizza had me in disbelief that it was vegan - they source it all the way from Brooklyn and it is so stringy! We ordered two pizzas and and combo appetizer plate and it was all so good I forgot to take proper photos of everything - the 'meat' has so much flavor and texture, really amazing. I called PARM on a Wednesday night because I really needed an a vegan pizza that was made with love for my birthday. Normally they only serve BEG Creamery on Wednesdays, but Rich (the owner) was kind enough to make us not one but TWO delicious pizzas!
The samples of macadamia-based soft serve were absolutely incredible! The service was outstanding, and the passion here is REAL. So many family secret recipes, they are #1 in my book!! Thank you🖤

If we could give spot and the chef 10 stars, we absolutely would! The taste and texture of the food is stunning and always vegan. The service was personable and passionate. Your life will be made much more vibrant and delicious if you stop by!
