We were very disappointed in our meals. The food has gone downhill over the years. It used to be an excellent place to have a meal. The lettuce wraps, of course are outstanding as always, but the sauces were very weird, especially for the appetizer eggroll. None of us liked it. Fried rice and shrimp was very blah and I kept needing to add more soy sauce to it although it was a huge plate of it that's for sure.  The next day we were discussing the food and saying that it was not up to par and it just was not a good fit for us anymore.

Service was adequate and friendly enough but felt like a fast food restaurant. Everyone seemed to be trying their best but it's a tough sell when the food is not good.

We needed a place to relax and hold a meeting, and this restaurant seemed ideal. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived, the first table they tried to seat us at was dirty, with food scattered everywhere, even on the chairs. The second table they offered was just as unclean. You would expect restaurants to maintain cleanliness, especially on a midweek evening when they aren't busy. As a result, we had to stand and wait while they cleaned the dirty chairs before we could sit down. On a positive note, the ambiance was perfect for our needs, and the waiter was helpful and patient.

I always order double pan fried noodles which hasn't been on the menu for a long time and they always make it for me!

We miss P.F. Chang's. The only complaint was the Dan Dan noodles. They weren't as we remembered. We live in the northwest so not near any places. It was a treat.

The ambiance was so relaxing We sat in a booth next to an open window on a perfectly beautiful day A little sparrow came in to serenade us It had been awhile since I'd been to this location and I don't know why because I will definitely be back soon Thanks for making a special memory of a great lunch with my best friend

The last 3 times I've dined there the servers are either new but not trained much or clueless about how to serve customers. Example/bottle wine ordered but just left on table didn't even pour. Had to ask. Silverware had to ask for, sauces not delivered timely, food not as good as prior years visits. Shrimp under cooked and not tasty. Rice cold.

We had a great night. We sat on the patio which was beautiful. Raymond was an awesome server. He was very attentive, concerned about my husbands allergies and took great care of us! The food was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. Thank you Aaron for making our experience great!

That said, the environment at the Kierland location has definitely declined. When we arrived Saturday evening around 7:00pm and the place looked a bit disheveled with and numerous tables that had not been cleared...and no one getting after it to clean things up. It just felt the place has gone down and that's disappointing as we love the restaurant. Again, the most important thing was great and that was the food...but next time, I'll probably just do take as the environment is not what I expected in north Scottsdale on Saturday evening.
