Brought the wrong meal. By the time they brought the right one, the other person was done eating. Also, took forever to get a drink refilled.

The food was poor quality. The Pad Tai chicken was tough. The Mongolian beef was not tender and had more onions than beef. The Firecracker Shrimp was okay but shrimp were tiny. Best part of meal was the dessert. The server was fine.

Odd update because I was surprised after being away for a while.. The Mongolian beef seemed deep fried and the soy was overcooked making it taste salty. The teriyaki beef I was told it would be sweet so I asked them to put the pineapple on the side. They did but it was still marinated pineapple juice and super sweet.
The lettuce wraps and grilled pork potstickers were still fantastic.

I used to love regularly eating at chang's or getting takeout etc. So as a surprise a family member sent me an order of Mongolia beef, lettuce wraps & a spicy chicken order.
Imagine my dismay when what I received appeared to be from a children’s menu. Certainly not a standard adult meal. The portions were minuscule at best, considering this was delivered at nearly 3:30p I am not sure if this was dinner or lunch, but the portions for everything didn’t seem worth what my family likely spent.
I didnt include lettuce wrap images as I ate those rather quickly but like other complaints they were not substantial at all…

We were seated promptly and the food, drink and service were excellent. The portions were fairly generous and a good value. We ordered steamed shrimp dumplings, sweet and sour chicken and a bowl (large enough to share) of egg drop soup. The house margarita was also tasty. We will return to this restaurant.

The food was great, cked the silverware to find huge remnents of chocolate frosting stuck on it. Gross, gave it to my waiter he said nothing and brought me another one. Rude!

We were very disappointed in our meals. The food has gone downhill over the years. It used to be an excellent place to have a meal. The lettuce wraps, of course are outstanding as always, but the sauces were very weird, especially for the appetizer eggroll. None of us liked it. Fried rice and shrimp was very blah and I kept needing to add more soy sauce to it although it was a huge plate of it that's for sure.  The next day we were discussing the food and saying that it was not up to par and it just was not a good fit for us anymore.
