Ryan our waiter was the best! He was prompt, friendly and delightful. We will go back and ask to be seated where he serves.

Cross contamination is way more of a problem here. We got the chili garlic green beans, i found a tiny piece of what seemed like chicken, but I didn’t inquire about it. Also, check the allergen menu on the website and not the menu they give you. A lot of “vegetarian” dishes say they have fish and shellfish allergens (maybe same equipment but i haven’t seen a place mark something as having an allergen just because of cross) The food I got (ma po tofu white rice) was pretty good. Check with the waiter about what is in your food.

Food server was not good, dod not come by to check on us after food delivered, didn't check in to askbif we wanted another drink/beverage. The next time we saw him was to drop off the check hurriedly.

We have been staying in the area for a while and I was looking forward to visiting PF Chang in Scottsdale. Sadly perhaps the best part of our meal was the Ha Chi beer, especially when it was only $5 for happy hour. We started with spring rolls and they were a little soggy and quite bland, the dipping sauce was the only thing with much flavor. I had the teriyaki beef bowl and I really didn't like the flavor of the teriyaki sauce as it was too "vinegary". My wife had the Orange Chicken it was quite good. Service was slow despite the restaurant being very empty, best part was the happy hour drink prices. Not sure I would hurry back.

Great place to eat. Portions were great Jackie was amazing!

Our server, Penny, was the sweetest. She was so kind and her service was good. The food was really not that great especially because of how much the menu and recipes have been changed up. I used to go to pf changs for the past 20 years but we’re done now because the prices are wild and the food isn’t even as good at all. So overall a 4/10, the only points are toward Penny, she deserves a lot.

The food was good but the service was super slow. Our server was very friendly and doing her best but the restaurant just felt short-staffed. It wasn’t even busy. We used to come here all the time and never had any issues.

The employees are all disrespectful when it comes to pickups or deliveries. Tried flagging each employee down and said “EXCUSE ME!” as loud as I can and still ignored and side eyed, eyes rolled. Seems as though everytime I did ask for help they’d walk faster and they’d all huddle up and start to whisper to each other and look at me as if I don’t see them but if this is how the restaurant wants to be represented it’s just poor service let alone with the way certain customers look and that’s just degrading and disrespectful!!! Do better!!!!

Percy was amazing! We had a nice quiet lunch, not busy at all. There were 3 of us and our waitress was just fun and gave us some stellar customer service! The food was quick to make it out to us and we ate and had dessert 🍮. Yummy food and great service! Definitely recommend.

1st time here. Had a GREAT time. Was almost empty. Had a 3 pm birthday reservation. Was seated right away. Our waitress Taylor was terrific. Food was amazing. Had the special for $21 each. Teriyaki chicken w/ veg & pineapple. Honey chicken hubby had was also pleased. We had the egg drop soup & house saladm and the chicken lettuce wraps. Would love to return again.

Obviously, this restaurant does not care about their take out or delivery customers. Every time I come to either pick up and order or order delivery, there is no one at the counter, and no one answering the doorbell they have. Even if the restaurant is half empty, there are employees at the host stand and behind the bar doing absolutely nothing.
