I ordered a salad with chicken. It came out without chicken and we didn't see our server for over 10 min. We had an event to attend, so I wasn't able to ask for my order to be made right.

Excellent service, good food, and great value. The staff is accommodating and the menu is very allergen-friendly.

A great spot for work gatherings or birthday celebrations. The restaurant and menu haven’t changed much since it opened, so it may be time for a refresh.

We had the best experience having dinner tonight! We had Lo Mien, Mongolian Beef and ended with the Butter Cake. Everything was AMAZING 🤩 Ryan was the best server. He was so tentative and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Once again I am under impressed by PF Changs. We had a party of six, each with a different entree, three were pretty good & three were very disappointing! For the price & reputation, PF Changs should not disappoint! An entree as straight forward as Teriyaki Chicken does not taste like teriyaki chicken AT ALL and when my daughter asked why it tasted like sweet & sour chicken, even the waitress said that their teriyaki chicken is breaded and is more like sweet & sour chicken....so why is it called teriyaki chicken?!?
The food at Panda Express has better flavor than what PF Changs served us.

My orange chicken and fried rice was good; not outstanding, but good. My gf’s tofu was terrible. I thought she was being picky, but no; a carton box is probably as palatable. We left it on the table. At $24 plate, that explains why the place has been empty the two times total we’ve been in. The local is nice, and the location is unbeatable. Parking was a breeze. If they could just get their act together in the kitchen…

I used to love picking up at this location. I drive a bike. I literally sit outside their place every day. I’ve been doing it for two years on electric bike, and they recently banned me for no apparent reason I started noticing I wasn’t getting calls from P.F. Chang’s anymore for months so I contacted Uber and they told me that P.F. Chang’s has banned me from the restaurant. It’s unfortunate. I don’t even do a thing I literally ride a bike. I’m always outside the front entrance every day at the roundabout waiting for deliveries it’s really embarrassing whoever banned me for no apparent reason someone wants to definitely be held accountable for this, but no everybody’s just close friends in there and laughs about everything real terrible customer service.

We had an amazing experience here! PENNY IS A ROCK STAR! I hope she is appreciated at work for the amazing employee she is. Took such great care of our group. Saw the kids liked lemons and brought them a bowl. Brought them a dessert and was just all around a GEM! Have had bad experiences dining out lately and she was a great refresher on good service.

Love the food beautiful restaurant but service was the worst I've had. The bartender Payton did not take care of us didn't get my dynamite shrimp for 45 min I asked about it she said yes I rang it in. Then went to the computer and rang it in, I sat and watched my date eat her food that was supposed to be rang in at the same time. Then didnt even ask if we were ready for a second round of drinks or to order entries so we decided not to eat dinner. We still payed full price for shitty service. I had just worked a 12hr shift as a chef and was even still in my chef outfit and to get this kind of service seriously doubt I will ever go back after this kind of service, that sucks because I have love pf changs food for over 20 years disappointed beyond belief....

Fantastic service recovery!

I had a curbside to go order that was delayed quite a bit longer than it should have been. Megan, the manager had the order re-made, came out personally, apologized, comped the meal and gave me a gift card.

Wow, really fantastic and unexpected service.

My family and I were just dining in this location on Valentine’s Day and the service was attentive and friendly as well.

Highly recommend this location.
