Got seated outside and waited 17 minutes and was never greeted. Went back in and let the host know and went back outside and waited another 5 minutes and still wasn’t greeted. Left and took our business elsewhere where.

Edit after reply: if you tell me to contact costumer service at least respond when I do so. Over 2 weeks with no response. Way to treat what was a loyal costumer.
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I decided on P.F. Chang's as its my husband's favorite restaurant. I made a reservation and I thought it would be a great night. I was so wrong. We were sat in a corner booth and seemed to be forgotten about. Our soup was forgotten about so was brought after the food. My husband's drinks were empty more than they were full. And once we were done we waited for 20 minutes for a server to come and offer dessert. My husband trying to save the night found a dessert shop to go to instead and went to the host to find someone to get a check. The server apologized but it was bad service after bad service. It really put a damper on what should have been a great night.

Place is dirty look at there phone in the to go area there’s an inch of dust. Never been here it was the first time paid for rice with with egg and stuff with it. Got zero rice none zero. Their chicken was good but there’s no where to park and get to go food at this location. I’m not impressed I’m 43 never been here and the results were underwhelming. That and look at the black phone in the to go area it looks like it hasn’t been dusted or cleaned in months or years just pay attention people. Look at the vents and duct work this place is filthy
Great food, the staff was on point, made a reservation online on a friday night and got a table immediately. Overall a excellent dining experience

We went on a Friday night and got seated fairly quickly. Restaurant was about 2/3 full. The two people seating us look like they were confused when we asked them for a table for two. They spent 2 minutes staring at where to put us even though a third of the seats were empty. We were seated at a high top near the bar and I'm not kidding, 15 minutes went by and not one server came over. No water, no menus, absolutely nothing. I even heard another woman come over to the host of Stan while we were waiting to be seated and complained that nobody had been over to their table as well. I should have taken it as an omen. We got up and moved ourselves to the bar where we figured at least someone had to pay attention to us. Good price on cocktails and the drink was tasty. The bartenders were very rushed and so it took a little bit for them to acknowledge we were there but they were friendly enough. The food was disappointing. The beef and broccoli was flavorless. The beef was over broiled and the sauce was so thin it was lacking in any substance. The lobster and shrimp dumplings sounded fantastic but just tasted okay. The dumplings were a little too mushy for me. The sauce was pretty good. I'm not sure there was any actual lobster in it as it just tasted the same as a pork dumpling to me and my companion. All in all I'd never go back. Not even if I had a free coupon and that says something.

Nice atmosphere but the service was too slow and I think the Kierland PF Chang’s is better regarding the food quality.

Very very nice server with great suggestions on the menu. We both had a great meal and love the wine and the choices. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

First time dining in over 15 years at PF Chang's The highlight of the meal was our server. He was attentive, knowledgeable and honest as he walked us through the menu. Food was okay-BUT the temperature of the food items were warm at best. Menu was just too busy, especially on dark print.
Noodles were tasteless. Edamame was cold. Once top shelf Chinese restaurant is now average at best.
Very nice service. Great food. The slice of cake for my wife's birthday was awesome! Complete with a huge sparkler attached to a wine bottle. Wonderful way to top off a scrumptious meal.
Great place enjoy eating at PF Changs every time at this location.
Such a disappointment. Worst waitress I’ve ever had. Was there for over 2 hours mostly waiting for her. Multiple people of our party received the wrong items. Very skimpy on the meat portions. Such a disappointment
