Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. I was charged MORE for an iced drink (that takes less effort and ingredients to make) than I was when I wanted the drink hot. The barista was incredibly rude. She didn’t let me know when my drink was done, so I sat there for five minutes waiting for my drink wasting my time. I was the only person in there. Drink was also really gross/not made correctly. Will never come back.

My stylist of the last two years has a suite here. Over the past 6 months or so it has started to smell like smoke (tobacco) and it just keeps getting worse. I usually go in at 8am but today I was there at 11:30 and the smell was unbearable. As soon as I opened the door to the Collective I was hit by a thick layer of tobacco smoke and it is DISGUSTING. I was there for less than an hour and now my clothes smell like smoke. From what I have gathered, it's coming from the cigar bar next door and the management office (in Texas) isn't doing anything about it. I love my stylist and not sure what to do at this point. I feel like I'm being exposed to second hand smoke which cannot be healthy for me, let alone the people that have to work there all day.**Answering question from corporate: it smells from the front door all the way to the bathrooms in the back. It doesn't matter what suite you're in. It was just as bad when I sat at the dryers in the center of the building. I'm surprised the health inspector thinks this is okay for that coffee shop.

Place is very cute but the barista was lacking in customer service skills. She had a major attitude and acted like I was causing a major inconvenience to her by asking for a real cup instead of a disposable. And again when I asked for the wifi password. And again when I asked about the space. Definitely didn't feel welcome here.

Why does it say open and no one is here to make coffee?? Place was wide open and no one in the place.

We were waiting to get a coffee and an avocado sandwich for almost 30mins and there was no one at the counter and even though we heard people talk in the back and they knew we were waiting for someone to take our order. Very disappointing and terrible customer service!! Don’t keep it open if you don’t want to serve your customers.

I think the atmosphere of the cafe itself is pretty nice and nice to sit down and get some work done at! However, because it's located with a lot of salons within the building, there's a lot of white noise and high pitched hair dryer sounds (but if you don't mind that then it should be fine!). The coffee is sub-par, it's basically just a lot of syrup and milk with the espresso flavor hardly coming through. As a matcha lover, I do not recommend getting the matcha here- it tastes like honey-milk.

Love this little cafe! They offer locally roasted beans, dozens of flavor options, non-dairy milk substitutes and vegan/gluten free pastries. The building is full of small businesses so it's a super fun atmosphere to get work done. Get yourself the avocado toast... trust me.

Barista was super sweet and helped me pick my drink! I though the decor and ambiance was great for getting work done. Environment is great for studying, work, homework, zoom calls! Despite it being a hair saloon it was quiet and didn't smell like chemicals or hair products. WIFI was reliable and worked great for my Zoom calls! Coffee tasted great and I tried a pastry as well! Pleasantly surprised and will be returning!
