“Let’s start by saying I began coming here about a year ago, and it’s hands-down the best pho place. The meat portions are very generous. When I think of pho, my mind instantly goes to Leo’s. The service is great—honest, kind, and genuine.

The only thing that might throw some people off is that the drinks are bottled, but I understand why. There are usually only three workers there at a time, and it’s truly a mom-and-pop place through and through. Some people might get frustrated, but for me, they’re the best. I wouldn’t trade the food or the experience for the world.“
