1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Service

I placed an online order for pickup and got the text that it was ready. After a 10-minute walk to the store, I got in the online order pickup line — I was the only one there. Every employee saw me standing there, including Omar at the register, but all of them ignored me. I waited another 5 minutes while they wrapped up another customer. Instead of helping me next, they began taking new orders and continued to look at me, then ignore me again.

I could clearly see my order sitting on the counter. After getting frustrated, I had to walk up to the cashier and ask for help. I was told to “wait a bit.” Another 5 minutes passed before someone finally grabbed the bag that had been ready the whole time.

I order here often, and when the older lady is working, the service is always great. But today she wasn’t there, and the service from the rest of the team was extremely disappointing. The inconsistency in customer service at this location is a real problem.

The service was horrible i was trying to order and before i could even order the lady was Already putting something that I didn’t ask for in my box and they ran out of plastic bags and they were rushing me never coming to this location again I don’t recommend coming here and plus

Don't Bother. I received Beijing Beef that seemed to be the burned pieces from the bottom of the deep fryer. It was hard, greasy pieces of meat that were inedible. Biting into each hard piece, my mouth was filled with grease. After a few bites, I threw it away. TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, I had it delivered and couldn't just send it back, but that doesn't account for the extreme overcooking.

Rosa... No good.
I'm a mall employee and let her know I was in a hurry. She wanted to make sure I got fresh noodles and wanted me to wait for the new ones. She said it would take one minute. It took six. Then, they proceeded to throw the old noodles on top of the new noodles and I got old noodles anyway. So did the guy behind me who is also an employee and talked into waiting. What an absolute waste of time. She should know better than to hold up her fellow mall employees for total BS. Be honest with time frames. She was bossy to other employees, openly, while I waited. If she is a manager, she needs to work on her communication skills. You'll see plenty of reviews about her here. It's wild.

Worst managed location ever!! Do not waste your time or money. Find another location! This is the third attempt to try to buy lunch from this location and they were out of almost every product. Tried to order mushroom chicken. They're out of mushrooms. Tried to order beef and broccoli. They only had a half portion the last time I was here. They had no orange chicken. The time before that they had no rice ready to go. They don't try to offer you any type of compensation or any free items for being out of the items you want. When you try to figure out what else you want the girls answering. The drive-thru has an attitude and when you tell them you're going to cancel the order and go somewhere else they giggle and say okay. They know they're providing horrible service

Anthony amd crew solid!! Steamed rice was not overcooked, orange chicken was also solid.. Honey Walnut Shrimp best thing on the menu.

If you have food allergens, don't eat here, they cross-contaminated the peanuts from the kung pao into the other "nut free " options. My friend with a nut allergen had hives and was itchy for a long while. Cross contaminating food allergens is a serious health violation. The scottsdale health inspectors need to get involved. Their staff simply apologized like it was a minor inconvenience and even refused to refund the order.

This is my second time ordering from here. I can say that this is the only Panda Express location I can’t get enough of. For some reason, the portions here are quite small, and it’s almost impossible to feel full.

Older lady worker was very rude. Rushed me and my mom. The lady in front of us asked for a bit more of the chicken. The worker was annoyed. So the lady changed her order to an 2 entree. The we were next, got the bowl w/ chow mein, (lots of it) the king pao chicken. Literally, a very small portion. Now I know why the lady got an entree instead of a bowl.. look at the pic! It’s fill with chow mein!
