If you have food allergens, don't eat here, they cross-contaminated the peanuts from the kung pao into the other "nut free " options. My friend with a nut allergen had hives and was itchy for a long while. Cross contaminating food allergens is a serious health violation. The scottsdale health inspectors need to get involved. Their staff simply apologized like it was a minor inconvenience and even refused to refund the order.

This is my second time ordering from here. I can say that this is the only Panda Express location I can’t get enough of. For some reason, the portions here are quite small, and it’s almost impossible to feel full.

Older lady worker was very rude. Rushed me and my mom. The lady in front of us asked for a bit more of the chicken. The worker was annoyed. So the lady changed her order to an 2 entree. The we were next, got the bowl w/ chow mein, (lots of it) the king pao chicken. Literally, a very small portion. Now I know why the lady got an entree instead of a bowl.. look at the pic! It’s fill with chow mein!

I told them I wanted to use my medium al a carte birthday coupon from the app. They sold me a premium item and wouldn't switch out the item after they told me it was premium. And let me remove it but wouldn't let me switch it for another one. Worst birthday present ever. Do better. It's bad business to not tell people about items and let them use it and change it up at the register.

They were in a huge rush and didn’t quite hear me when I ordered so when I went to pay they were up charging me for a bigger plate, I told them I didn’t want that and just wanted the 2 entrees and they insisted and argued back with me for about 3 minutes that I had ordered double of one of the entrees , which I didn’t . The young kid at the register told me to calm down at the end when I went to pay after all of that and I just left and told him it was their mistake and not to be so rude to customers . Ridiculous

Too few seats in the food court.
And everyone gives out the essences in tons of paper and plastic

My favorite spot in the fashion square food court. Always reliable with great service very quick. The orange chicken always seems to be fresh and everyone enjoys their meal. The fried rice, though may stick together in chunks at times, always taste delicious.

The restaurant closes at 9.If u go at 820 expect they will already be closing And have maybe 2 entrees u can choose from. They should have the full menu until 9and then clean and close.

Waited in line 25 minutes. Only to find out they had no white rice. Then the cashier was rude. She wouldn’t give me a extra teriyaki sauce. This is why I only stick to yogis grill. Horrible service.
