This store is absolutely awful. I am writing this review after my fourth day in a row trying to have dinner here. And I kid you not. I stood in line each time for over 15 minutes. The manager of the store stood right in front of me and made orders for DoorDash and Uber eats pick ups and just let me sit there and watch. Extremely disrespectful! I was the only one in line when I walked in the door. And by the time, I just decided to leave without ordering there was at least eight people standing behind me. Which is just asinine. Somebody needs to come down from corporate and evaluate how the store is being run. I’m pretty sure the only reason this store survives is because it’s the only panda express in the area.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I only get a 30-minute lunch break from work, and I decided to swing by this Panda Express for a quick bite. Big mistake. I sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes, inching forward slowly, thinking maybe they were just backed up. By the time I finally made it to the window the employee says, “The drive-through is closed.”
No sign. No notice. Nothing to tell customers ahead of time that it wasn’t open. They just let cars pile up in line while people waste their time. I explained I’d been sitting there for over 20 minutes and that there were still cars behind me waiting. The response? Nothing but attitude. No apology, no effort to make it right — just a rude, dismissive tone like I was the problem for even asking.
At that point, my entire lunch break was gone. I didn’t even have time to go anywhere else for food. I literally had to go back to work hungry because of how poorly this location is run. That’s unacceptable. If your drive-through is closed, put up a cone, a sign, something. Don’t leave paying customers stuck in line burning their lunch break just to be brushed off at the window.
This location is completely disorganized, and the staff clearly doesn’t care about customer service or basic communication. I’ve eaten at plenty of Panda Express locations, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with the brand. Until management steps up and trains their team to treat people with respect — and to communicate clearly — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Panda Express.

My sister and I ate here the other night, we havent been to a panda together in a while. We used to go a lot as kids, my dad would always take us, he made us love Chinese food, pandas, and fortune cookies. The staff was so nice and they made us fresh chow mein, and Miriam checked us out and served us our food at the table, even came to check up on us a couple of times. They are awesome.
I’ll be honest, not sure why this place had bad reviews… every time I’ve went (many times given how close it is to me) I’ve had great service and good, hot food. Again it’s panda so pretty universal but the rice is always fresh and they always are quick with coupons and the app.

Tried to charge me for a water cup when it is 108 out. I'm door dashing and don't get many chances to fill up my water and they told me they charge by the cup... like come on panda you don't have enough money
