Okay. Placed order here for pickup on the app 1/28/2025. I ordered the family meal bundle. I paid $42.68 for three containers of food and two sides. I got rice and noodles for my sides. And then three entrees that were included with the family bundle. I was up-charged $4.50 because one of my entrees was considered "premium". I was fine with this because that's what I ordered and I was willing to pay the extra. The order was ready quickly and I went to pick it up from the drive-thru. When the girl at the window handed me my food it felt very light and I said is that it, meaning is that all my food? I have gotten this meal before from other locations and it's usually pretty heavy and I knew what I was expecting. She said yes everything is in the bag. Well. I went home. Sure enough. When I opened the containers. Only the rice container was full. The noodles that I ordered were approximately 4/5 full and they were very loosely packed. The kung pao chicken that I ordered was only 3/4 full. The broccoli beef that I ordered was full and okay. But let me tell you about my " premium entree" that I paid $4.50 extra for. This was LESS THAN HALF FULL. I don't understand why these companies have to keep cheating us. I mean. I paid $4.50 extra. On top of the base charge. And then I was given less than a serving of Walnut shrimp. I have heard bad things about this location from my niece. I usually go to the location on 38th Street and Thomas by the Walmart. They are always excellent and a line going out the building but I figured I would give this Scottsdale location a try. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY GET HORRIBLE REVIEWS FROM EVERYBODY. I think the staff is probably stealing food so that they short everybody so that they can get their meals for free. Either that or we have a crooked manager on our hands who instructs them to intentionally short food to save costs. Either way, it is totally unacceptable. I mean. I was already charged extra. And they have to choose my premium dish to short me badly? There was such a small amount of food in the container. It was ridiculous. I mean I wouldn't be posting this if it wasn't so blatant. I make good money and I'm not trying to get food for free. I am going to be contacting Panda Corporate and also the manager of the store to make it right and then I will remove this post. If they do not I will be posting this on social media over and over and over and over until I finally feel better about being cheated so badly. I am also going to tell everyone that I know.

They're a busy location, so they're out of food a lot. But honestly... The attitude. Over the top. If you ever want to feel like you're in trouble and a huge inconvenience for ordering food, this is the spot. Under no circumstances should ordering a plate of food be so darn intense. I know it's a busy location... Relax. Stop barking at every single customer.

EggRoll - not good Rangoon - inedible Left without being offered utensils. Handed me a bag (to go order) and literally ran away.

Miss. Blanca was absolutely one horrible server/cashier. She wanted to give me one attitude when she tells me 4 minutes till my food is done. 15 minutes later tells me 5 more minutes. I then ask to have a fresh plate of food, she then has an attitude because I asked for hot. If you ask me customer service means a lot. Blanca had zero customer service skills. Another co-worker tried to compensate me with a drink. Thank you. But I was wanting a hot meal. Instead I left with food that's not all that hot and I know I will not go back to this location because of the horrible service and Blanca's great customer service skills. (The lack of customer service skills). Whoever the manager is should take Blanca aside and have a talk, because you should never be as rude as she was to me. All I asked was for a hot meal to take home to my family.
Witnessed something horrible here. Worker dropped a bunch of red tiny takeout boxes on the floor, picked them up and put them back with the rest of the stack. Started laughing when I said to throw them away. Disgusting contamination. It was the young kid with light brown/blonde hair that covers his eyes.
Two of the "Bigger Plate" and one Large drink was about $36....
