They're a busy location, so they're out of food a lot. But honestly... The attitude. Over the top. If you ever want to feel like you're in trouble and a huge inconvenience for ordering food, this is the spot. Under no circumstances should ordering a plate of food be so darn intense. I know it's a busy location... Relax. Stop barking at every single customer.
I crave the Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken and order it every time which is about 4 days a week. Lately the Orange Chicken has been super dry and tough. Also they give you really small portions compared to other locations I have been to. One thing I do suggest is to tip these kids as they rarely make any and that could be part of the reason why the customer service is lacking. Other than that the walk in food is pretty good.
We always visit this Panda Express when we stay in Scottsdale! This is the first time that we didn’t have a great experience. The orange chicken and the Beijing Beef were over cooked.
