I believe his name is Roberto who was taking orders but just wanted to say he was impressive. It was super busy and he was working quick, polite to everyone and took attention to detail( getting everyone’s order correct)

Worst experience I have ever had. This was essentially robbery. Had a $100 order to feed family and friends for in store pickup. They must have given it to a DoorDash driver or someone pretending to be DoorDash because by the time we got there at the exact pick time they told us, the food was gone. Steven (the store manager) REFUSED to remake the food AND REFUSED to refund our money, accusing my father in law of STEALING. How is that allowed? Would give 0 stars if possible! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst Panda Express ever. They pretty much tried to rob us a $100 order. We ordered pick up for 5:15 and when we got there they said they gave it to a DoorDash driver. We never ordered through door dash and we showed them our confirmation. They refused to remake our order and refused to give us a refund. Never go there. The employees were extremely rude and not trying to understand.

Especially Steven. He was accusing me that I had a friend come pick up the meal and I was trying to get another meal for free. So disrespectful and rude.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Whole family is in town for the holidays and we submit an order for 2 family meals at Panda Express. When we go to pick up the order, it appears that a DoorDash individual or someone imitating a DoorDasher picked up the order. Instead of remaking the order due to THEIR MISTAKE, they claim that since they already made the order, there is nothing they can do. When asked if they confirmed with the Doordaser that the order was for the correct person, it was clear they never asked. Unnecessary headache when all wanted was lo mein and orange chicken. Now we’re starving and sad.

I normally love Panda Express and was happy to see one nearby what I happen to be in Scottsdale yesterday. However, the food that I got from this location was disgusting. I literally had to throw it away. The broccoli with beef I literally spit it out of my mouth and I could not stand the Chow mein. I do not know what they did to their food yesterday, but it was truly disgusting. I advise avoiding this location. It's probably just something with the way they're cooking or storing food because that tasted nasty.

No knives are provided for proper eating. They would not cut my food into an edible size. They ack like a crazy request was being made. I was taught to eat food with a fork in my left hand and a knife in my right.

Ordered beef and broccoli 1 piece of beef and 7 pieces of broccoli rice was old and orange chicken is in the garbage. It ask what dish I would recommend. How about some where else. Oh buy the kid needs to stop playing with his hair then handling food.

They fill the combos with tasteless Chowmein or rice but barely add any of the entrees. I would say 2 table spoonfuls or less of each entree in a two item combo. We had not been to this place in at least 3-4 years and regret accidentally going in today on the holiday weekend.
