Food was very good. Service was a bit slow and atmosphere was upbeat.

Really disappointed in all panda expresses around the valley lately. Used to be my go to. Not no more :(

One star is too much for them

Love that they finally got tofu as an option.

Overall it was meh. The firecracker shrimp was okay but nowhere near the quality of last years. It was flavorless and stupidly is brought with steak which was the nastiest piece of meat I've ever eaten. If I could get a refund I would. The fried rice and chow mein were good, but its hard to mess those up (though they still managed to bc there were large pieces of vegetables and some were raw).

The employees are usually nice but today they were impatient, rushed, and distracted. We felt like they just wanted us to leave. And they were talking to each-other the whole time, normally thats cool with me but they were loud and disruptive and I could barely hear the girl preparing my order over the other worker talking loudly. I understand not wanting to be at work but show some common curtesy to your customers.

I believe his name is Roberto who was taking orders but just wanted to say he was impressive. It was super busy and he was working quick, polite to everyone and took attention to detail( getting everyone’s order correct)

This location has great customer service Angie and Erick were outstanding.

Worst experience I have ever had. This was essentially robbery. Had a $100 order to feed family and friends for in store pickup. They must have given it to a DoorDash driver or someone pretending to be DoorDash because by the time we got there at the exact pick time they told us, the food was gone. Steven (the store manager) REFUSED to remake the food AND REFUSED to refund our money, accusing my father in law of STEALING. How is that allowed? Would give 0 stars if possible! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst Panda Express ever. They pretty much tried to rob us a $100 order. We ordered pick up for 5:15 and when we got there they said they gave it to a DoorDash driver. We never ordered through door dash and we showed them our confirmation. They refused to remake our order and refused to give us a refund. Never go there. The employees were extremely rude and not trying to understand.

Especially Steven. He was accusing me that I had a friend come pick up the meal and I was trying to get another meal for free. So disrespectful and rude.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Whole family is in town for the holidays and we submit an order for 2 family meals at Panda Express. When we go to pick up the order, it appears that a DoorDash individual or someone imitating a DoorDasher picked up the order. Instead of remaking the order due to THEIR MISTAKE, they claim that since they already made the order, there is nothing they can do. When asked if they confirmed with the Doordaser that the order was for the correct person, it was clear they never asked. Unnecessary headache when all wanted was lo mein and orange chicken. Now we’re starving and sad.

I normally love Panda Express and was happy to see one nearby what I happen to be in Scottsdale yesterday. However, the food that I got from this location was disgusting. I literally had to throw it away. The broccoli with beef I literally spit it out of my mouth and I could not stand the Chow mein. I do not know what they did to their food yesterday, but it was truly disgusting. I advise avoiding this location. It's probably just something with the way they're cooking or storing food because that tasted nasty.
