The food was awesome. Large portions. I took a some home and ate it 3 days later and the meal was still delicious!

Was just in there standing there for 5 minutes to order while the employees just looked at me like I was a NPC. Disappointing and I am a regular and will not be coming back

Love panda. But this location is rude. I asked for a sample of a brand new product to see if i wanted it on my bowl and the staff told me they dont give samples anymore and that I could waste my money and buy a new bowl if I didnt like it. I drove to a different location that didnt seem to have an issue. Seemed like a pointless hill to die on 🙃

quite possibly the WORST Panda location in any state and any country the restaurant exists. Gave them another try tonight, ordered delivery. Not only did I not receive the two item plate I ordered, I received a tiny portion of the wrong item, no second item, and barely any side. If they ran out of something, refund it -you don't charge a customer full price and not send the meal. Add this to the fact any time we've gone into the restaurant the staff is rude and acts like they are too good to help you, and I am over it. Plenty of other options in the area, my advice to anyone considering this Panda is don't waste your time.

Really disappointed in all panda expresses around the valley lately. Used to be my go to. Not no more :(

One star is too much for them

Love that they finally got tofu as an option.

Overall it was meh. The firecracker shrimp was okay but nowhere near the quality of last years. It was flavorless and stupidly is brought with steak which was the nastiest piece of meat I've ever eaten. If I could get a refund I would. The fried rice and chow mein were good, but its hard to mess those up (though they still managed to bc there were large pieces of vegetables and some were raw).

The employees are usually nice but today they were impatient, rushed, and distracted. We felt like they just wanted us to leave. And they were talking to each-other the whole time, normally thats cool with me but they were loud and disruptive and I could barely hear the girl preparing my order over the other worker talking loudly. I understand not wanting to be at work but show some common curtesy to your customers.

I believe his name is Roberto who was taking orders but just wanted to say he was impressive. It was super busy and he was working quick, polite to everyone and took attention to detail( getting everyone’s order correct)
