Drive thru is super slow. Ever time I go I can wait 10 mi
We were able to get meals that served as dinner for two nights. Well worth it and the food was excellent. We’re trying to watch what we are eating and proportions. We earned points for freebies as well. Good Deal!
I normally get the firecracker shrimp at different location, however someone poured the whole bottle of spices. It was a little to 🔥
I’ve ordered DoorDash from here many times and it’s usually really good. Yesterday I went through the drive through and it was quick and so fresh and delicious. Panda is usually really good (The only time it’s not great is it it’s old)
Great tasting food
Whoever was cooking the orange chicken and fried rice at 3pm on may 21st did a fantastic job. The orange chicken is juicy and the rice is cooked perfectly. Hats off to them.
We love Panda and we don't have it in our hometown so when we were here on a little weekend getaway we were excited to have some Panda!
The biggest issues I had was waiting 25 minutes for my food order and what appeared to be a bone in the Orange chicken (see picture). My wife's Beijing beef I believe had sat for a while under the heat lamp, she said it was not good and quit eating after one bite.

They are NEVER open for lunch! Well, they have employees there, the drive thru will ask you for your order, but they are always out of food, and it's not about making the food fresh. Ask for Super Greens, they need 10 minutes, Fried Rice 9 Minutes, Chow Mein, out of that too. It's lunchtime so why are they so ill-prepared. I went in to see. No one greeted me, all their heads were down filling online orders. I waited a good while before someone mumbled they were busy. So, if you want service at this dine-in and drive-thru establishment, you had better accept your fate as your presence isn't even a blip on their radar. Honestly, move your operations to a non-retail location and serve your beloved Door Dashers, Grub Hubbers, and Uber Eaters, because loyal dine in and drive-thru customers are not customers, they are inconveniences. Or perhaps consider patronizing the locations during non-meal-time hours. The food may be good, but I wouldn't know, because they are ALWAYS out. Unless someone meaningfully responds to this post I will not return. I have choices, Chipotle, Red Robin, Arby's, Popeyes, Taco Bell, and Filibertos (best option by the way). All these manage to feed their online, dine-in, and drive-thru customers. The real issue is leadership, and so far, Panda Express, you are behind. I am critical because I do want to return to your establishment but only after you have improved. Please do better.

Ordered from this location on DoorDash and food quality was horrible.
Orange chicken was bland with not as much sauce. Chow mein was bland and tasted fishy.
I usually give benefit of the doubt with bad reviews but please avoid this place.

We always come here , manager is hands on and very nice 😊 except that one incident on Nov 2 2024 😡 ordered online before leaving for the Suns game in Phx . And they shorted us with the vegetable rolls ordered 12 pcs got 2 ???? Why ???? We were short of time since we’re going for a game . Emailed corporate and nothing , zero empathy . Pls do NOT order online !!!!!!!

I walk into to the restaurant and three men were working. They were speaking to each other and never even acknowledged me standing there. I tried to interrupt them and they just walked past me speaking Spanish to each other so I don't know if they were talking about me or not. But no one ask me what I would like to order. I was a little surprised. I will never come back here again. Can't answer the below questions because I spent $0 and I got zero food. Because your employees just wouldn't or didn't want to take an order.
