Eva, Jasmine and Fernando held it down and held it together during a rush. They maintained composure and had friendly conversation even while amidst chaos. They were patient even though I order a lot of food for my group meeting. Kudos to the team! Give them a raise!!!

Service was terrible. Placed my order at the drive through. They forget to give me the third item for my Bigger Plate. I had to go back through to get the item I ordered and they tell me to wait out front and someone will bring it to me. This resulted in me waiting for 15 minutes before i had to go through the drive through for a third time at which point they still have no idea of their mistake. Service is absolutely terrible and my food was cold when all was said and done. Either go to a different location or get something else from around the same area.

Drive thru Teriyaki chicken bowl with pieces too big to put in your mouth and no knife. Honestly is it that hard to take your time and cut the chicken so we can just eat it? Also, who serves Teriyaki chicken with no Teriyaki sauce? Brain dead..

Only thing that really bothers me about this place is that it says it opens at 830am but even at 9 when we go to lunch do to my job starting at 5am. Panda is Mostly never opened and always something not cooked so we have to wait. My lunch is only 30 minutes so its a bummer I have to eat elsewhere when I rather eat there.

I was the only person in line and it took them 10 minutes to answer. I finally said Hello and she still said give me a minute. How about telling ppl that there will be a wait. A little common courtesy goes a long ways. She was a tad bit rude with a chip on her shoulder. I was still friendly regardless. But the food was good.

Drive thru is essentially non moving, they have 3 workers there and NONE of them actually working the drive thru and the counter. Customers are piling both on the floor and car line on the drive thru.

Moral of the story — don’t hire slow terrible workers and have the guts to fire them .

We were able to get meals that served as dinner for two nights. Well worth it and the food was excellent. We’re trying to watch what we are eating and proportions. We earned points for freebies as well. Good Deal!

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here many times and it’s usually really good. Yesterday I went through the drive through and it was quick and so fresh and delicious. Panda is usually really good (The only time it’s not great is it it’s old)
