Worst service I’ve EVER EVER HAD in a Panera. The entire staff should be fired. It stinks in there and my wife and waiting 20 minute while staff walked pass with out so much as an acknowledgment. Several customers waited. I had to go and grab someone who had an attitude. Never eat here.

I received a gift card to Panera bread. The first day I went in and I got this kind of steak cheese dip sandwich. It was delicious, and I thought all their sandwiches would be similar to that. But they are not! I went back just two days later and got another sandwich which was a steak cheesy melt (no dip), and I bought the small half size, and this time I actually gave a tip, even though it was a pickup it. It was an extreme disappointment. It was the wimpiest amount of meat and cheese inside. The bun outsize it by 15 times or more what was inside. I'd like my money and the TIP back! I guess it doesn't pay to tip. That half sandwich, again a half of a sandwich, cost me over $9. It was 8.99 plus tax. And it was that bad! And your chocolate croissant? You charged almost five bucks for that, and you can get a better one for $1.39 at Safeway. You should be ashamed of your products.

My son and I have been frequently to this location for the past month. Deborah, the manager and her team at this location are customer friendly and driven to satisfaction. Their service and accuracy of orders, as well as commitment to quality are superior! They have always welcomed us and treated us with appreciation for our loyalty to their restaurant. We love Panera, their people, food and prices.❤🍲🥐🥖

The worst and most unfriendly panera i have ever been. I ordered a bagel with cream chees and i got a bagel without. So i said can i have the cc please and she didnt even look at me and said it wasnt order. But it was on the ticket. And again she didnt even look. Tables dirty also. Dont go there

The iced tea tasted like it had been run through a coffee pot it had coffee flavor instead of just tea. They need to make the tea separate leave in a different container than mixing it up with coffee products.
Love this location, Lupe always has such a warm smile to go with the great service.

Very disappointed. Tried to place pick-up order online. The form would not accept my card’s expiration date. Tried repeatedly. Called the restaurant to place the order. Was told I had to order online. Explained the problem. ‘Nope. We can’t take an order over the phone. No salad for you.’

I enter the restaurant and there’s no workers behind the counter and all the registers are closed, so I head to the kiosk and when I try to use my card it doesn’t work so I have to find a worker and repeat my order. A blonde lady who seemed to be the manager had an inpatient attitude at the counter. The drink fountain had an unknown stench which almost smelled like urine. And the bathrooms are so far into the restaurant and the light were off which made it worse. Finally, the food took forever to arrive, despite being reassured it would arrive fast.
