Very disappointed. Tried to place pick-up order online. The form would not accept my card’s expiration date. Tried repeatedly. Called the restaurant to place the order. Was told I had to order online. Explained the problem. ‘Nope. We can’t take an order over the phone. No salad for you.’

I enter the restaurant and there’s no workers behind the counter and all the registers are closed, so I head to the kiosk and when I try to use my card it doesn’t work so I have to find a worker and repeat my order. A blonde lady who seemed to be the manager had an inpatient attitude at the counter. The drink fountain had an unknown stench which almost smelled like urine. And the bathrooms are so far into the restaurant and the light were off which made it worse. Finally, the food took forever to arrive, despite being reassured it would arrive fast.

I come to this location often and most times it's for breakfast but I did come in for lunch a few days ago with a friend of mine. Maybe it's just that I'm used to breakfast prices or something but the total price of lunch was astronomically high. My friend and I both got a sandwich salad combo. For a half of a sandwich each and a salad each with drink, $48!!!! I was stunned. Never again for anything except breakfast.

Nothing is EVER correct. This is missing over half of what I ordered on it, and it just looks like absolute crap

We had breakfast here. The food was reasonably good and the service was great.
Ordered on doordash, not really sure what went wrong with my order- coworkers turned out fine. But this is not a sandwich 😂 No tomatoes, a couple of pieces of wilted lettuce, and a half a slice of cheese?

Kiosk screen required to order was nasty. Sticky, blurry, an absolute mess. If you require customers to use a kiosk, please set a cleaning schedule. Awfully disappointing experience.

It was raining and we stepped inside, hoping for some hot tea. We had to ask for hot water and the tea bag selections were depleted. Hmm..this happened before at another Panera.

It's been a long time since I've been to Panera. I got the pick 2 consisting of the chicken and wild rice soup and the chicken and bacon ranch sandwich. The food was OK, but I didn't feel it was worth the money.
Their iced tea was terrible. Tasted old and/or like instant tea.
